Death Strike = healing

@hordewow2 actually, with the right talents and a glyph deathstrike will do more damage than obliterate in the spec now, my obliterate hits for about 600 at level 64 and deathstrike hits for nearly 800, obliterate is mainly only used in frost since blood and unholy both have better abilities for the same runes

@Mavisbeecon im blood atm on my 79 dk :) and i havent used Obliterate since 62 when i thought that was better dmg and yes your right but i wanted to point it out In general so without spec. btw isnt blood the best spec ( rune wise) cos u use frost and Unholy for Death strike / obliterate and then u can use a other atack for more dps that consumes blood runes..or am i just beeing stupid ;)

no, blood is by far the best for runes, since you use frost/unholy for a high dmg attack like death strike or obliterate and you use a single blood rune for heart strike which does probably more damage than any DK ability in the game besides aoe
