The bunker would probably be 3+ since it is a bunker, but if your enemy doesnt have any bunkers it would be nice to change it to 4+. And if they were shooting behind the bunker there would be no cover save. Nice videos keep em coming!!!

our gaming group used to get into really big discussions about cover saves in ruined buildings when the shots come from different angles.

our house rule eventually became, if the target model is inside the base of building they get the cover save, even if they arent completely covered. this represents them ducking down, lying flat or moving about to dodge incoming fire.

Deffo a 4+ cover save. it's got broken walls and is therefore a ruin.

It not a cover save at all. If they are shooting from the front i would count it as a building with av12 its all at the back of the rule book. Only flamers would be able to hit the guys inside.

a 3+ from the fortified wall, a 5+ through the destroyed side, unless you count it as area terrain, then it would be a 4+.

JVC i love all of your terrain, I have a couple of questions:

1). Do u just spread polyfilla directly on to cardboard, wait for it to try and paint?

2). What are the best materials for making rough/ textured ground?

1) The pollyfilla is spread straight onto your terrain base, use your fingers it works best, wait for it to dry then start painting!

2)well the polly filla is good, you could also use sand but that gets quite messy. That and the pollyfilla are your best options(or use some other plaster.

okay. you remove a part of the Floor/Roof that you want(make sure its small/medium). then u paint it so it matches the other part where you gona attache it. you take some Metal Wire and poke it thru the Floor/Roof and then poke the metal wire thru the Piece you riped off and it will hang in the building and voila you got a destroyed building whit pieces hanging down. thats one of my ideas

You inspired me! I was in the middle of painting one piece and when this came on .. I said to myself - yep, I need to make 2 of those ... so downed tools and went of in search of foamboard ... then came back and said "after you finish painting this one!"  hehe, thats why I have 10 different things on the go ... easily distracted!!

i would say it would be a bunker save(3+) all around. a ruined bunker is still a bunker. awesome lookin bunker dude.

you should get the new planetstrike strongpoint peices. they look aaammmaaaazzzziiinnnnggggg!

I'd just make it simple and count it as bunker cover save for the entire thing so long as the model is inside it.

If your looking for a 'themed urban desert' table, then I'd definitely throw a water-condenser structure (ala - Star Wars / Tattoine) ... one of those small Yakult bottles, some straws should do the trick. You'd also need a communication base/small tower :D
