Yes, it does.

In the manual, it should tell you this:

Press:

***470* then the call button.

remember.

***470* asks you if you would like to change the time format.

Dont forget to press the green call button after those keys.

How hard would it be to arrange your desklamp lighting so that it actually shone onto the front of the phone? Good review, but I can't see a thing, just a silhouette of some kind of phone.
