South America is I think the best place in the world if you are considering a plastic surgery. I had all my surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic, and my results are AMAZING!! It's much cheaper if you compare with the costs in the US and surgeons there are considered as the best surgeons in the world. It's really a good alternative for those who are looking for an affordable plastic surgery and very high quality.
that is going to be a tough one. for at least the first week you cannot sleep on the front side due to pressure on the surgical incisions. What about using a recliner for a couple of weeks? I am unfamiliar with circulation issues that are helped by sleeping on your front...can you tell me what circulation issues you ahve and how they are relieved by sleeping on the front? DRSHAH

How much time would someone need to take off if they have a somewhat active job (LVN in a nursing home)?

i would have you take at least 2 weeks off, but preferably one month. hope that helps! DR SHAH

What about sleeping positions after the surgery? thanks. I can only sleep on my front, and I get problems with my circulation.
