It's 1959, Cleveland Hopkins Airport. A young lad watches airplanes outside with his uncle on a public observation deck at the airport. A Capital Airlines Viscount crew methodically rotates and fires up those Rolls-Royce turboprop engines, the jet turbines and spinning propellors generating a powerful whine exquisitely accompanied by the beautiful fan-like sound of the prop blades slashing the air. The lad is spellbound as he watches this marvelous airplane taxi away and take off. Great video.
