This is fuckin incredible. She didn't just catch the ball and crash into the fence...she fuckin crashed through the fence and caught the ball...DIVING. Holy fuck balls.
Thanks for the video. That off the charts catch by Cailin Lowe is the best catch I have ever seen by an outfielder in softball or baseball. For her to actually catch the ball after crashing through the fence is beyond belief. As is her fearlesness for throwing her fragile body into and over outfield walls. Unlike Bobby Abreu of the Angels Caitlin has no fear of outfield walls. ;) Someone should come up with a highlight reel of Lowe's greatest catches . That would be great to see.
I'm not saying Lowe's catch wasn't an amazing one...just sharing what I've come across on youtube. Ya ya ya, "slowpitch softball", I know...still an outright amazing play.
@lehcimst I saw that great catch that weatherwes posted. It was phenomenol but it wasn't in a game situation like Caitlin Lowe's incredible catch was. And Lowe a slightly built centerfielder crashing through the wall and still making the catch at the apex of her leap and then crashing to the ground holding onto the ball makes it in my eyes the best catch in a game situation that I've ever seen.
Without a boubt the freatest catch I have ever seen! Grrl power!
