@Lucranco The girl's name is lucy. she is a mutant. She has invisible arms called vectors which are vibrations. people believe she was placed to destroy the world because at first they thought it was some kind of disease but it was alot worse. Lucy and the other girls you saw, nana and mariko (girl in the wheelchair) Are called diclonius and they were captivated in a lab and went through experiments worse than torture. Lucy escaped. and now the facility want her back. However, she has a past.

der Anime heißt Elfen Lied aber der läuft nicht im deutschen Fernsehen, weil der zu brutal ist. Er ist aber auf deutsch erhältlich (DVD) aber die sind ab 16 oder meistens 18 Jahren XD
