@Tbow0 If only it were that easy... I truely wish for that as well. Unfortunately, the push for global governance is in full swing. Anyone who has any doubt at all. They put in print for ya; The UN hope's and pushes for a global unelected government. They also say in their doctrine that they are pushing for a One World Education system, a One World religion, a One World currency, a One World Criminal Court, etc, etc. People, anyone at all who's listening; WE NEED OUR SOVEREIGNTY, OUR RIGHTS
@ValueFreedom Iceland has declared Independence but the MSM refuses to show anything about it and how they are doing it for fear other nations might want to do the same...
@Tbow088 Good thing is that the msm doesn't have to report their spin on anything. We can talk to each other. I personally make sure that as many people as possible overhear my conversation with another. I speak about the globalist agenda, calmly, rationally, matter of fact. I've noticed that there are a lot of people that know what's going on, n r getting ready, but then those, by the look on their faces, are just finding out. Inform the public. No matter the msm, the people should know better
@Tbow088 BTW: I did not hear of course from the msm that Iceland has delcared Independence. Could you please send me a link on the matter. I'd like to photocopy it n print some stuff to hand out an/or leave on people's winshields. I do know that in Canada, they are fighting politically for Arctic space. Russia, China, encroaching n laying claim to Canadian territory. The US, with Alaska are looking at side drilling. Global warming? is melting the icecaps,so many can't wait to get in there
Religion causes more trouble than it solves. Often just a means to brainwash everyone and does little to preserve purity, peace and goodwill to mankind, when those that are preaching such statements are very much impure themselves. Man want's to preach to god, do it on your own, in your own space because no doubt someone will want to control you, by means of forcing their beliefs onto you. PEACE!
@damien Them flip flopping is because of public condemnation, you know, people using their voice to express their dis-content. Hate crime laws, free speech; it's an oxymoron. In Canada, free speech is "far from perfect" as you say... You either have it or you don't. Comparing free speech in Canada to that of other nations with dictators, etc is absolutely ridiculous. If you want that, then move to those countries or defend yours. Be proud of your freedom, and all those that died fighting for it.
@damien People will feel the way they do n see things they way they do whether or not you give them the right to free speech. The KKK, radical Islam (not Muslims), all have a grievance, their voices should be heard. Who is to decide what is allowable to say or express n what is not? Should it be you to decide which millions of people should just shut up or face jail time? We all have a right to our voices, our opinions, n we certainly have a right to express them without the being charged for it
@ScientificStandard I think they have the right to threaten someone but are of course subject to consequence. I'd rather them be able to express this and allow me to avoid such people.
@damienfeb01 With social freedom comes social responsibility. It's disappointing that people feel so repressed that they need to become extreme. It's also sad that those people are being repressed. I would say "anyone who is a baptist is a baptist' hehe
@damienfeb01 Best, worst, everyone's got an opinion, and everyone should be free to give their opinion, to be able to express themselves. You're right on your example, telling others to murder or kill people you don't like is a criminal act and should be prosecuted as such... I don't see the fence sitting though, sounds to me that you are for free speech.
@ScientificStandard: I believe in NO restriction on free speech. However, if someone while in the process of exercising their right to free speech directly incites others to murder, rob, rape, etc (illegal activities as you say which are legitimate crimes), then yes, they should be prosecuted as a result. The hate speech laws are being used by the powers that be to silence one group over another, depending on who's "feelings" they are trying to protect, or if someone is "offended". It's bullshit
"The Jewish people as a whole will be its own Messiah. It will attain world domination by the dissolution of other races...and by the establishment of a world republic in which everywhere the Jews will exercise the privilege of citizenship. In this New World Order the Children of Israel...will furnish all the leaders without encountering opposition..." (Karl Marx in a letter to Baruch Levy, quoted in Review de Paris, June 1, 1928, p. 574)
Muslims, muslims, muslims... Has anyone actually given thought? There are over 1 billion muslims, to take a mere 1% would equate to 10 million, or 10% to make a decent minority, that's over 100 million evil muslims, it becomes absolutely laughable but lets focus on the small minority, what a joke. William Guy Carr predicted this in 1958 in his book 'Pawns in the Game,' written in 1958, not 2001. To predict the future, you invent it, or follow history.
Anyone care to address the origins of the term 'hate speech'? Religion is at the core of quite a few issues, but the stylized secularists (ref: Volvo drivers who are interested in firing you for possibly offending someone) have taken control of the media, schools and the workplace. I'm not a very religious person, but it has it's place. Other than race and sexual preference, religion is the primary target of the upper middle class who want us to be working, but not seen or heard.
Religion is the target of not only middle class and upper class. Also, as for the workplace and school, you should be working and not be talking about religion.. As for politics, this should be kept away from work. It's not a matter of not seen or heard. It's a matter of the right place and time for things. VFx, wanted to preach in the workplace, any logical person knows, you become a priest for that.
I won't disagree that those aren't the appropriate places for the subject. But, with the power those institutions have over our sensibilities, I just find the derision to be over powering. There's power beyond 'their' intended purpose.
I'm not really very religious, and I haven't been directly effected by this. It just seems as though I can feel it taking hold over peoples minds and lives.
Yes, religion is always taking up a part of peoples minds. But lets go aside from that and look at the person for others reasons. If they that is all they wish to talk about then right away you know they are consumed by it, and a simple answer could be: I'm not interested in the topic.. But in a way, I look at religion like technology, it can be used for positive or negative reasons. Use of the negative should be prohibitted, no choice. Ie: a start would be removing tobacco industries.
what I meant by the first sentence is religion is increasingly taking up peoples minds. Each person to a different degree. But not everyone is effected. Like you said.
The thing about hate speech is that you aren't the one that decides what is hate speech. My thoughts on the war of terror could very well be anti-american hate speech for someone else.
Critics have claimed that the term "Hate Speech" is a modern example of Newspeak, used to silence critics of social policies that have been poorly implemented in a rush to appear politically correct. Others will simply use it to silence, without any intention of being accurate, in many variety of topics. You are right, what may seem like hate speech to you might not be for another or vice-versa, but there still needs to be a general understanding. It is complex, and there are different levels.
Hard to stop hate speech because people may post things that may ask for hate speech. Reason being, the internet is an open source for info, etc.People who post dumb content, etc are asking to be hated on by blunt critics. Religion is another subject that asks for haters because not everyone thinks the same. To get people to stop hating requires everyone to understand you can disagree without getting personal about it and to understand, there needs more regulation over what's garbage. Prevention.
I am also a grate believer in the freedom of speech and that all the people whatever there politics-religion or views has a right to express themselves, a person who gives up any of there freedom/free speech no mater how little it may seem at the time is not giving away there rights, but the right of there children, and that no one has the right to do. 5 stars.
I myself am a grate believer in freedom, whats my interpretation of freedom?, firstly I believe that everyone is equal we are born like other animals, we die like other animals, its what we do in-between that sets us apart, no one should be born into bondage and nether should they die in bondage, all the peoples of this world, just like you and me have a right to freedom and to live in peace without fear.
gr8 vid m8.... i get negative comments all the time and all im doing is providing alternative views to the MSM. i think we scare the sheeple because they realise its sooooo real
Like Politics now &in the past I believe that religion is a way of controlling the masses into a belief system. Those at the top of these belief systems like the Pharaohs/Roman leaders/Royals/Dictators & other World leaders use their Agents&Literature (& in modern times) TV/Internet to promote their set agendas. In order to show their rivals & the masses their particular dominance they like to play the masses off against each other like pawns in wars/disagreements & by contolling free speech.
The video targets almost exclusively religions (actually deviations of religions which are presented as religion) and does little to address the secularist oppression of religion throughout Europe which has even denied education and public appearance to Muslim women. This secularist wave is precisely the same which claims our Western backed terrorism (Al Qaeda, Talibans, Saudi jihadists) to be "Muslims".
@germanicus24: Well, it would appear that religion is one of the hot buttons when it comes to world issues & a person's right to discuss it openly. This video was not meant to blast anyone or address oppression of religion, but it was put together to show the varying opinions on one of the most divisive issues: religion. And that everyone should have a right to speak openly & freely without threat of violence. It is about free speech on any issue & all issues. That was the point of this post.
@ValueFreedom: Meant to say, "religious oppression", not oppression of religion. Thanks for the comment germanicus24. Please feel free to post a video response addressing the issue you brought up. There will be no censorship here.
Don't worry. In no way I question your intentions which I am certain are the best possible.
I am myself expressing my opinion on how this unfortunately enforces an erroneous mindset which is not allowing us Westerners to build bridges with our fellow human beings from the East.
@germanicus24: I agree with you 100%. I hope that people will see that it is possible for us to come together. We need free and open discussion. There are a lot of things that divide us from each other, but hopefully, we can focus on the things that can bring us together for a better understanding towards "our fellow human beings" world wide. Though, some refuse to listen to reason, but we still try.
Al Qaeda, Taliban, and Wahabbi claim to be Muslims themselves. You just use the word "secularist" as a catch all term to everyone you disagree with, which you use almost interchangeably with words like "pharisee" and "zionist"
ALL NATIONS should adopt the U S Constitutions 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights. They are integral and protect eachother.

"How dreadful are the curses of Islam!
Besides the fanatical frenzy, there is a death wish.
The evil effects are everywhere and insecurity exist wherever muslims live.
In Islamic law every woman must belong to a man as his absolute property.
There will be slavery until Islam dies.
All Muslims know how to die and no stronger backward force exists in the world.
If true wisdom is not sheltered, science and civilisation will fall.
