If that was the case why did they keep the music? They'd be a lot more likely to get sued over that than they would the names. If that was the case then Universal could've, and probably would've, sued over the name Sam Loomis for infringement on the original Psycho.

If you're going to do something like this, atleast get your words right, "Hardenfield" and "Michael Mylers" is a bad start ... and Loomis emphasized his words too much, constantly cheesily loud ... but other than that, it was decent

Allow me 2 lay my opinion down this remake is terrible it is stupid and just not accurate 4 one the actor playing Laurie is 2 fat, 4 one the mask Micheal Myers is wearing or should i say Mylers is so not scary or real u can tell it is a cheap knock off. Another thing tht i thought was terrible was the the actor playing laurie was screaming lkie she was having sex while she was stabed lol Honestly the sounds she was making sounded like porno lol The

congratulations, you've made a very good film, I was entertained. Criticisms - the acting is OTT, and Dr Loomis's character can't seem to decide whether he's English or American. Change the names completely rather than mutilating the original ones. And remember that looks matter a lot, and I'm afraid the actress playing Laura would have been better as an extra rather than a lead. I'm sorry to sound offensive but it's a crucial thing to remember when making a film.

More of a shot-for-shot remake than something with some original shots and ideas. But it was alright.

next time you do a remake of something so beloved- pay more attention to the source material. also, dont take your audience for granted or underestimate their intelligence. the dialogue is very campy, and over the top. take it down a notch.
