If that was the case why did they keep the music? They'd be a lot more likely to get sued over that than they would the names. If that was the case then Universal could've, and probably would've, sued over the name Sam Loomis for infringement on the original Psycho.
Not bad...I can say that...But since this was filmed over 10 years ago...you probably should have found a program to restore the quality, but overall not bad
rofl!! Mr. Sandman!! I almost fell over laughing when it started playing in Halloween 2...i was like "...WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT?!?!" XD overall...i dont know what i would give this...certain aspects were a little weird whilst others really brought back the memories of watching the original Halloween for the first time....
zomfg silver shamrock mask cameo!! XD i only know about that because of wikipedia!! i heard the song and i saw the masks and was like hmm...HALLOWEEN III, the true downfall of the original Halloween craze, but still the saga continued and was very successful...a very nice touch :)
Watching this, without seeing halloween wouldnt have even gave me the slightest clue about the story, THAT is what a remake should be all about, was an OKAY effort I guess.
If you're going to do something like this, atleast get your words right, "Hardenfield" and "Michael Mylers" is a bad start ... and Loomis emphasized his words too much, constantly cheesily loud ... but other than that, it was decent
I forgot too. You guys rocked it. You guys made me laugh cause its just like me and my friends when we try and make a video. Did awesome.
P.S. what made me laugh too is that Loomis looked a little like Moe of the three stooges and whenever he went overboard I thought he was going to smack someone upside the head.
You guys rocked at this. Im still trying to make my remake, but its a little hard. You guys kicked ass.
Im trying to teach myself to put up stuff like this. I want my movies to be as big as Halloween Inferno's was.
And to all of you haters, how bout you go fuck with someone elses video cause your realy stupid to come oin here and say that when you have no room to talk. You wouldnt know movie making if it was a snake and crawled up your intestinal tract. Fuck off her. She did a good job.
Allow me 2 lay my opinion down this remake is terrible it is stupid and just not accurate 4 one the actor playing Laurie is 2 fat, 4 one the mask Micheal Myers is wearing or should i say Mylers is so not scary or real u can tell it is a cheap knock off. Another thing tht i thought was terrible was the the actor playing laurie was screaming lkie she was having sex while she was stabed lol Honestly the sounds she was making sounded like porno lol The
congratulations, you've made a very good film, I was entertained. Criticisms - the acting is OTT, and Dr Loomis's character can't seem to decide whether he's English or American. Change the names completely rather than mutilating the original ones. And remember that looks matter a lot, and I'm afraid the actress playing Laura would have been better as an extra rather than a lead. I'm sorry to sound offensive but it's a crucial thing to remember when making a film.
Funny you bring that up. We are filmming the sequel this SUMMER for a OCTOBER 2006 release. Titled, "OCTOBER 32nd" the 10th anniversary. Plus the videos will be available on DVD & VHS.
Just saw this for the first time. Not bad! I'll tell you one thing for sure--- Rob Zombie should have taken some lessons from you before he remade this story with those two turds he released in 2007 and 2009, lol!
This was so much fun to watch. And I did jump here and there. Fun for a fan of horror. I love the fact that it was a little over the top...why not? Well done. Thanks!
I loved the movie and how you didn't stay to the original format all the way through. I can't stand remakes of classic movies but this was excellent as it was like a whole different version of the movie.
next time you do a remake of something so beloved- pay more attention to the source material. also, dont take your audience for granted or underestimate their intelligence. the dialogue is very campy, and over the top. take it down a notch.

This was really good, but it just didn't have the original movies' touch. It was really cool, though, some of the best I've seen on YOUTUBE.

Cool. Mainly the people who made parodies of what Saw 4 would be, it was a comedy. Most of them were funny. Definately.

Cool. My trailer is still in editing.

Not bad really. Some really iffy shots in places.
More of a shot-for-shot remake than something with some original shots and ideas. But it was alright.
