Definitely a pic. Even the glare from the lights of the city stay the same when the camera moves. The glare effects would move and rotate with the camera if it were real. Is there no traffic, blinking traffic lights, lights in buildings coming on or going out, etc.? If there are tourists out taking pics, then there is bound to be movement in the city as well.

I have now concluded that this video is a fake, and not a very good one at that. I have studied the video, downloaded the picture,(File:Jerusalem night 7088.JPG) Google it. The background to the video and the picture are one and the same. However, this may have been created to discredit other possible evidence that is out there. The jury is still out on the other vids taken from other locations.
