i just wondering if i could change my gw textmod to a new one or just remove the new textmod and keep my old textmod ( original )

.dds doesnt work on photoshop, at least not far me. i use cs3.

@iSwayzak Hey. I've never encountered this problem. So I suggest you visit the link in the description which goess to the guildwars wikia. That is the best advice I can give since I lack any and all experience in this area. If you cannot find your solution there, then either not use your texmod or try to find the solution via google.

@kingblackraven Is there a program similar to TexMod but with which you can edit textures from games that have DirectX 8.0 graphics?

So... my Guild Wars files aren't in Program Files...

Whenever I click "open file location" for it, it takes me straight to the Games folder... and my computer apparently doesn't have the files for Guild Wars...

I'm on Windows 7, if that helps.

It should save it in your out folder. If it doesn't make sure that your hotkeys are setup. If your hotkeys are setup make sure you have directx9. If you have both of those components it may be your OS because I've been experiencing similiar problems once I switched to 7. Did I answer your question?

can other people see ur editted clothes?

Whatever you may edit be it clothes, weapons, buildings, floors, etc. Only you will be able to see it unless your friend has the same mod on. Does that explain it?

well, i understand but if your friend has the textmod thing downloaded they can see ur modded clothes? even if they do not have the images of your modded clothes on their computer?

Lets say you create a TexMod package that makes everything green. You use TexMod with that package then you will see that everything is green. If your friend uses that TexMod package then he will see that everything is green. If I use that package then I will see that everything is green. So the person who you would like to share the modification with has to only have the TexMod program, TexMod package, and the game. Any further questions?
