Very nice! You mentioned that you wanted three delays in the one box, and I've actually been trying to find a video of three delays together. What do you think the result would be? Is that something you would possibly use with a feedback loop?
you've inspired me to build my own supertweakedout rebote 2.5 dual delay! along with the wnorcott mods in another video found on youtube, and some of my own requirements.. soft touch on switch for "capturing" and repeating only brief moments of playing, and might have to figure out how to get "trails" to make this work. well thanks for the inspiration, this is getting pretty space echoey with the multiple taps
nice project! Its similar to the Scott Bernadi design, it sounds also a bit noisy at higher rates, but perfect for some purposes. The Scott bernardi has also CV inputs.
Wow, what a great pedal! Could you explain the switching jack a little more? I've never used one. If I were using a 3PDT switch would I have two wires coming from the output signal of the delay 1 switch? One to the tip of output jack 1, and another to the switching jack on input 2? Is a switching jack the same as a transfer circuit? For example a Switchcraft 13A? Such a neat pedal!
One lug has a switch (3rd tab between the ground and tip tab) on it that disconnects when a jack is plugged in. I wired the output of delay #1 to this tab on the input of delay #2. Leave a cable out of delay #2 input jack and delay #1 (taps and all) feeds right into delay #2. Plug a jack into delay #2 and whatever is feeding into it comes through without anything from delay #1 since it was disconnected during the plug in to the input jack on delay #2. Helps?
Very cool! I´ve just finished one Rebote 2.5 and I plan to build another one to get something like your stompbox. Do you have the scheme on how to put these two Rebotes together?
Nice demo, Thomas! I'd think you'd be able to make it voltage controlled if you wanted to. My COTK uses the similar PT2395 chip and it has voltage control of the delay time. It's fun to mess with! ;-) See my channel for a demo.

How did the power work, is that just a 9V plug? Did you have to change anything because you are running 2? Awesome build by the way!

Great job, Thomas.
Really amazing !!!

I dream of making one of this some day.
In the meantime, I'll start with a fuzz pedal :)
Great job!

Yes, that's great help thanks. I'm going to order a Switchcraft 112a and try this out. Such an elegant solution. Very clever.

What is the longest delay time of this pedal?
Thanks

Two in one box with one extra wire going from out of one to in of the other. See above. Thanks!

that is radness

Now just throw 2 LFO sections from the Tremulus Lune to pin 6 of both chips, and you can have dual modulation of the delays. That would be crazy.

can you use this with guitars????
footballismylife11 2 years ago
Yes, for sure! It is meant for guitar, I just happen to play keys better than guitar. Can be used for any input signal really. Thanks!

I don't know, The device is pretty cool, but you said your piano playing was bad, it sound just like a jazz/slow rock kind of sound
