Sure are a lot of middle school kids here. Here's a bit of a history lesson for you. The very first need for speed was part of a Road & Track (thats a magazine) special issue. The best need for speed ever was not Most Wanted, kiddies, but Need for Speed II, and god bless you if you got your hands on the Special Edition of it. The second Hot Pursuit was also incredible. None of the current gen games really measure up to either of those. Maybe the first underground, but just for the new style.

Need For Speed Shift 2 Unleashed has graphics that are so unbelievable that it is difficult to make out the difference between real life and the game. Now i love NFS Most Wanted, But the freaking shiny skin BOTHERS me. Now I'm just saying that there are alot better games out there. Just keep on lookin.
Although this game is thousands of miles away from being the best nfs ever it has the most balls.In this game you steal cars,takedown targets(or kill technically) and SOMEONE GETS SHOT! EA were ambitious with this game and decided to leave the cheesy voice lines,like "Hey loser!Want to lose again punk?" and replace it with a more realistic feeling and I hope to see more of this in more street racing nfs games down the line.
when this happens i really dont get why you dont drive an R8 instead you drive a megane witch is a bit dissapointing because driving cars like that only happen near the end just before G-MAC and rose are caught off guard and busted

Havent played it yet.
Undercover failed. Its virtually unplayable, in my opinion of course. I would really like an enhanced remake of Most Wanted. One that shows a different story..something like Undercover..from a cops perspective.. with the same city, different cars, and maybe the return of some blacklist racers, and of course, a cop mode. Oh, and "better" graphics. Just so the graphics geeks get what they want.
Oh, and I LOL at the old NFS on the PSX and PC vs the new NFS argument..

need for speed was originally racing with sports cars - tuning got around with fast and furious franchize and yeah it's good but NFS is NFS - hot pursuit and just because you don't have neon lights or NOS doesn't make it worse it makes it better in my book

NFS Undercover has a cool diagram is better as everything divides from NFS and has a cool conclusion thus makes far like that EA.Und NFS pro Sreet is not better than Undercover.

At palm harbor, there is a bridge that is unfinished. If you got tons of cops on you, go to this bridge, jump it, and watch the cops fall down. Works everytime. ;)

No it's not. Undercover is much better. Shift is not the NFS spirit any more. It's more like Gran Turismo or NASCAR. Sports circuit racing. Nothing to do with NFS. Then again, EA has a nature of fucking things up lately anyways. Not just with NFS. I prefer exotic cars with customization feature and intense police pursuits.

NFS Underground 2 and prostreet are the best ones yet, in my opinion. The only thing about prostreet that I don't like is that you can't freerun/freedrive. That is the best part... again, in my opinion.

i dont blame him, happens to a lot of people, my pc can handle crysis maxed out with at least 32 frames, and yet. it struggles sometimes with this game. I dont know why, the graphics aren't even that great. Lets hope they make shift better than this shit.
How does anyone think this is a good game? The story takes a day to beat, online matchmaking is awful (Too many fucking bugatti veyrons...) all of the cars are boring and drive the same (horribly), the graphics are pitiful and the game has a horrible tendency to lag. What happened to the NFS Most Wanted or NFS Hot Pursuit quality that the series used to be like?
Are we talking about the same game? Because the other NFS games has a variety of cars, this one didn't. Every car handles the same. And come on, the races are boring. You race on a street blocked off by huge concrete barriers, with no cross traffic or cops. Combine that with a bunch of boring cars and physics and you get a shit game.
And they were too lazy to even use custom sound effects. Every car SOUNDS the same (I gave the Shelby GT500KR a shot and its nothing like the actual car. It has this generic muscle car sound to it... What a let down) The game had a good selection of vehicles, but the only difference was their looks. They all sounded similar and performed like crap. And seriously, NFS Hot Pursuit 2 had better graphics and I played it for PS2! (Now THAT was a good NFS game)

NFS Undercover has a cool diagram is better as everything divides from NFS and has a cool conclusion thus makes far like that EA.Und NFS pro Sreet is not better than Undercover.

and gameplay sucks too-well as i heard before-releasing UC was really poor
it has got very low critical rating and just the game sucks

1. Nfsuc has damage
2. Nfsuc has better graphics (in some places)
3. Nfsuc has the AUDI R8!!!!!!!!

i find this one and most wanted the best. i love the the battles with the cops :p. only hte story line of Undercover i find better then most wanted. but the cars in this game look so nice xD

At palm harbor, there is a bridge that is unfinished. If you got tons of cops on you, go to this bridge, jump it, and watch the cops fall down. Works everytime. ;)

No it's not. Undercover is much better. Shift is not the NFS spirit any more. It's more like Gran Turismo or NASCAR. Sports circuit racing. Nothing to do with NFS. Then again, EA has a nature of fucking things up lately anyways. Not just with NFS. I prefer exotic cars with customization feature and intense police pursuits.

NFS Underground 2 and prostreet are the best ones yet, in my opinion. The only thing about prostreet that I don't like is that you can't freerun/freedrive. That is the best part... again, in my opinion.

i dont blame him, happens to a lot of people, my pc can handle crysis maxed out with at least 32 frames, and yet. it struggles sometimes with this game. I dont know why, the graphics aren't even that great. Lets hope they make shift better than this shit.

How does anyone think this is a good game? The story takes a day to beat, online matchmaking is awful (Too many fucking bugatti veyrons...) all of the cars are boring and drive the same (horribly), the graphics are pitiful and the game has a horrible tendency to lag. What happened to the NFS Most Wanted or NFS Hot Pursuit quality that the series used to be like?

Are we talking about the same game? Because the other NFS games has a variety of cars, this one didn't. Every car handles the same. And come on, the races are boring. You race on a street blocked off by huge concrete barriers, with no cross traffic or cops. Combine that with a bunch of boring cars and physics and you get a shit game.

And they were too lazy to even use custom sound effects. Every car SOUNDS the same (I gave the Shelby GT500KR a shot and its nothing like the actual car. It has this generic muscle car sound to it... What a let down) The game had a good selection of vehicles, but the only difference was their looks. They all sounded similar and performed like crap. And seriously, NFS Hot Pursuit 2 had better graphics and I played it for PS2! (Now THAT was a good NFS game)
