  • No one can claim tthis to be evidence of christianity as christianity claims the world is 6000 years old

  • By the way History Channel... mankind recorded that they weren't alone when these structures were created. Elohim, Fallen Angels, Annunaki, Nephilim, ect... this entire documentary was rigged from the get go.

  • I love how these narrators talk down to people as if we don't know anything, while trying to keep the status-quo. (evolution) Damn secret brotherhoods. You go to college to be taught mostly lies and theories.... not the obvious facts.

  • Yonaguni was built before the great flood. Theorists estimate that the sea level raised by 70 feet worldwide. So why are people so clueless when it comes to buildings being underwater? No matter how you go through life Im pretty sure most people know there was a flood thousands of years ago. So how is this a mystery?

  • I think the time has come for a new scientific paradigm. One that is more open minded, less controlling and agenda driven. The evidence is mounting up exponentially that what the educational system teaches us is not the whole story. Most scientists wont go against the grain of what is the accepted view because they will be ostracized or their funding will be cut. I think this goes against everything that science stands for. There, I've said it! lol

  • Robert schoch seem to know everything, at least that's what he thinks.

  • @winterstellar

    4:

Everywhere there're ruins in the sea, a lake, even at 3,812 m (12,507 feet) above sea level.

Where was that ? Lake Titicaca, located in the Altiplano high in the Andes on the border of Peru and Bolivia, at 16°S 69°W.

    -> y o u t u b e /watch?v=pLs-OOQAaec

-> news paper : search in google 2/hi/americas/892616

-> serch in google gave me nice pictures (search in google esp_sociopol_underground23 )

  • @winterstellar

    3:

    At 0:12 -> y o u t u b e /watch?v=KWPYMnyVmuA -> clearly withou any doubt 2 other stone blocks against each other. Water erosion could not do this !

  • @winterstellar

    2:

AT 5:02 you can see that those blocks had been fallen from above, So what of a disaster could make them to fall ?

AT 5:13 you can CLEARLY see a stair cut out from the block (uh, where dit we see that again... shapes being cut out even graniet ? Oh yes, everywhere in the world dated fom ancient times !

At 5:47 ... oh, I stop here, too much proof, they used solid rock to cut out shapes, so this wasn't done under water but above ground !

  • @winterstellar

    1 :

Nat.Geo. isn't objectif lke you would expect, the same with all other documentary channels.

They all seem to question everything at the end and let people doubt so they would say : it's stupid to think it is true !

At 2:16 -> y o u t u b e /watch?v=VG1FI15AKug&feature=related -> other ruins from long ago, this is proof that there was land where now water is.

At 4:32 : perfect cut stone blocks, now side by side... not natural at all.

  • Evolution is not a fact ! It's a theory!

  • Nah, I watched this on a serious channel(Nat Geo), and everything was natural and totally unmysterous. What's wrong with these "new-agers" or whatever, trying to make up "mysteries" everywhere? THe real, scientific world is INcredible much more filled with interesting facts, questions and answers than these "new agers" make it out to be with their dumn histories, fantasies, lies and photoshopped pictues. Go for science, kids, not dumb fairy-tales! Go to college, that'll straighten you out! Hehe!

  • STupiD Darwin & anyone who support his THEORY!!

  • @riphoff Evolution is a fact, even though ther exists a theory/model of evolution explaining the diversity of life.Never mix up the meaning of "theory" in everyday language with "scientific theory" The concepts have almost nothing in common. Evolution is almost the best documented, proven, tested, predicted, studied fact in all of science, by the way. We know very much more about the facts of evolution than the facts of gravity, for one. Look up *evolution*in wikipedia, why don't you? Learn some!

  • "Professor Masaaki Kimura believes that the latest possible date for the creation of the Yonaguni monument is around 8,000 B.C., when this part of Japan was still above water. But if this date is correct, and if the monument is man-made, Christianity is fucked"

  • wow Dr. Robert Schoch is really open-minded! really shocking.

  • APO YONIA

  • Lumeria

  • one word, aliens did it!

  • @juki0h

    That was 3 words

  • It's odd how historians would write this off as a coincidence. How do they know for sure that our history and current known timeline is all there is? We shouldn't be afraid of changing our timeline, cos it won't have such a devastating impact on society today. Honestly, most people might read it in the paper or whatever and just shrug their shoulders. We shouldn't be afraid of thinking outside the box, cos the box might not be what we think it is today.

  • @TonjeMariEngen i know right! imagine all the history that we dont even know about that occured through the world history. there are probably important people, events, cities that were never written down in the history papers

  • Thanks for uploading this. Awesome! I dive n do underwater photography, so this strikes a chord. Thx again! =^..^*=

  • yeah that right, and they did find our anxient alphabet call '' rencong '' at the wall of that pyramid!! ;-)

    -

  • This video shows zero evidence of an ancient civilisation under the water.. History Channel is obviously just looking for something to air.. The scientists from the History Channel at the end all seem quite moronic.. Stupid video.. History Channel just got cut off my favorite channel list.

  • @hate135

Umm...the patterns do resemble artificial structures. What looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, is usually a duck.

Natural processes (doing what they do best) likely have degraded the initial design of these structures.

All you need is one piece of evidence that these structures were designed, and I think given what we've seen in this video, we already have it.

  • If this is natural and not manmade, I'm a dolphin and I'm using my flippers to type.

  • @findAplaceToCallHome Nice one Flipper!!

  • what did they cut out at 6:00 ?

  • When will the paradigm shift and we can start to take in this information? For some reason, our society is stuck in old views and can't quite make the leap.

  • @dharmasanctuary When the rest of humanity catches up with the ones who made us who we are.. Namely... the Ancients... Returning to remind them...

  • @InfinitumAD Yes - I hope they show up well before we reach their capabilities. That would be a long, long time from now...or not?

  • @dharmasanctuary I think we are already capable... Just need to be reminded... they are already coming... Arriving... Now...

  • the western scientists think visiting the monument is not mainstream

Really cool place. It sure looks manmade

  • It is Mu civilization.

  • I love Graham Hancock.

  • Iis signs of the PROTOCULTURE Macorss FTW!!!!!!111

  • ALIENS not man made!

  • 3, çatal höyük - 10,000 year old settlement/town/city in Anatolia

  • Let's count how many megalithic cities have been found lately and actually have been dated via carbon dating shall we?

    1. Dwarka - off the shores of Gujarat India the famed Lord Khrisna's city as described by the Hindus Sanskrit Myth Majabarata Dated to be 13,500 years old (Completely underwater and remnants of a wall on an island 19 miles away from the shores of Gujarat.

    2. Göbekli Tepe - A vast Megalithic Sky Burial complex dated to be 12,000 years old and was deliberately buried

  • @AznWorldMusicLegend Exactly, Dwarka and Gobekli Tepi have been scientifically verified, yet people are quick to dismiss Yonaguni as a natural land formation? It really shows how ignorant some people are.

  • @zombiehellmonkey

Yonaguni has not been properly investigated by 'geologists' and 'archaeologists', a rather it has been investigated by popular writers such as Graeme Hancock. A colleague of Mr.Hancock's, called Dr. Robert Schoch, (a qualified geologist and alternative thinker who has done great work regarding the sphinx with john antony west) disregards the hypothesis that yonaguni as man-made. Is he ignorant? The others may have scientific verification, Yonaguni does not!

  • @Ultimatetruthseeker1 simply because Dr. Robert Schoch might be one of them, the scientist from the secret society.

  • @hidemichimomo

    ????

  • @Ultimatetruthseeker1 Robert Schoch's reputation was smashed hard for confirming the water erosion theories on the sphinx, current archaeologists are immovable on the issue and tried their best to ridicule him, he is very cautious to confirm something else that holds a bigger margin for error such as this, and I don't blame him. His explanations for this are eye rolling to an open minded person, I'm not saying its true but grahams explanations make much more sense at present.

  • @gaidenblade

Good point, I study archaeology, and any time I mention the mysterious and unexplained, I get the 'are you for real look!' It is very intimidating, so I can perfectly understand Schoch and others protecting their reputations. It is difficult for an academic to come out and support Hancock and west's theories, and they have to draw the line at some point or they will be ridiculed or even worse, excommunicated from their profession! These are interesting times. Peace.

  • @zombiehellmonkey are there videos of dwarka and gobekili tepe? i have looked but i cant find anything about them

  • @AznWorldMusicLegend

Whatwhatwhat? -has been carbondated? ..everything organic would surely(?) have been washed away at Dwarka - have burials, offerings or the like been unearthed with the stones at Göbekli? ..-could you please point in a direction for good sources? ..

  • @AznWorldMusicLegend All these really make us think human history are much more complicated, fantastic then we think.

  • @AznWorldMusicLegend and how exacly they carbon dated the stones? u cannot carbon date the stone!!!!!

  • @TheHannibalos lol, yeah, I love that one. Carbon dating a stone that was carved or cut. Are the dating the geological creation of the rock? Damn good point Hannialos

  • @LiveAndSmokin sometimes is more important the way u aproach to the source not just the source,...are the methods westerens are using in their scientific aproaches to the source really the right one? or is just the ENTIRE frame of history? "the mad theory" how do u know ur crazy, when ur crazy!".... something like that:D

  • People fail to realize that there are megalithic structures everywhere. The bosnia pyramid dates back over 9000-10,000 years which predates most historians "theories" of human civilazation. China has hundreds of pyramids in their lands. We've been lied to so that the rich and elite can continue to maintain their credit.

  • @asiguido Yes and tell me what would those "rich and elite" gain from keeping this back? That the pyramids aren't the oldest pyramids in the world (probably even mainstream science doens't think that but i don't know) but please tell me...

  • @hush181 read more. you can't be spoon feeded everything from youtube comments can you?

  • @hidemichimomo Bullshit, that's a strawman for you not answering my question. Yeah, keep avoiding instead of acting a little decent and answer the question.

  • If some would just get over it and look back at the time of when this could of been built look then at the level of the oceans depth. Since iceage more of it would of been frozen and sea levels would of been lower. And were destroyed when ice age began to melt.

  • i know... it is malay pyramid....

  • @zan000ful I didn't know malays built pyramids

  • @kikikikia now we investigate about our anxient civilization.. we know that scientist found our traditional anxiebt weapon call "keris" at okinawa.. so it is interesting for us as malay people in Malaysia..

  • @zan000ful Actually they DID find KERIS (Malay dagger) at the site too.

  • Hmmm... I'm on holiday in Ishigaki-jima for a few months (about 100 or so km from Yonaguni). I think I just might take a boat to check this island out, after seeing this documentary. Very cool! :)

  • I am very interested what will unfold as they explore the surrounding sea floor.

  • I would like to believe in an ice age civilization, but I have not been fully convinced. I like to keep an open mind though.

  • why would you take tourist to sharks?

  • Fascinating!

  • noahs ark, anyone? no one? just me?... ok.

  • @shadowconcert them found remnance of that

  • Have any cracks in the site appeared since all those recent tsunamis and earthquakes?

  • lmfao

  • 06:35 ancient japanese with a thick mustache

  • looks like a quarry. the actual buildings should be somewhere around the area

  • Obviously this is the reminants of a long ago cyborg race of superhumans that shoot lasers out of their eyes

Cyborg human: "look me in the eyes, grandson!" 8-x==========:-O "ahhh, I can't see"

Cyborg human: "don't ever look me in the eyes, you should have learned, i'm ancient JAPanese!"

  • When the ice cap of an outer planet and a small moon explode over earth, floods happen, and things get pulverized beyond recognition. But the technology of 10 000 yrs. ago is slowly coming back. The Creators of the Universe know how smart the species within will become.

If there was an 'outside' to the Universe, then perhaps it defies known dimension.

  • This made me speechless. Amazingly spectacular. :)

  • aliens

  • I think I might go diving at this site

  • You see what you want to see.I see the sea.

  • back then, crabs knew how to wield chisels. they were eccentric and lazy so they built steps and platforms.

  • what about if the monument was at a different place on heart thousands of years ago before a pole shift and that's why you can find almost identical monuments in south america.

though one of the archaeologist in that documentary says the longest side of the monument point exactly to the north and south.

    makes me think alot.

  • I used this video tomake me fall a slepp really

  • Can't say I'm convinced. I have to side with the position of the guy whom worked on the Sphinx.

  • i don't believe in this, i can't believe anything at all, because i have no imagination!!!! i refuse to even believe my car exists!!! i don't think i even....

  • @randallmckay i dont believe that u actually exist in this world...

  • I have to side with it's real.

    People fail to understand two things;

    1. it's been under water, where biological chemical and weathering erosion is sped up by a factor of around 20,

    2. it's been underwater for over 10,000 years in the pacific basin, an area prone to earthquakes.

our calendar is only 2010 years old, think about how long that is.

It's amazing there's anything left at all. so of course it'll look natural. You have to look at it as a whole.

  • i believe

  • Some of these guys are idiots. To say that Historians think they know everything about history is a dumb statement. Historians want to make a break through just as much as any scientist would, but to accept a sudden find as a Breakthrough, is just irresponsible.

  • We, the Romanian people discover 6 500 years golden tablets engraved with ancient writing and Japanesse discover 12 millennia pyramids, they are so competitive ; these discoveries are for real go look the oldest writing in the world or look for other searches like Atlantis

  • Why does someone called Haglund speak english like americans lol. Haglund is 100% swedish.

  • Hey at 10:13 in this video, they showed a lion, we were digging in our village and found a metal Lion about 2 feet in Ht nd length and there is its baby lion playing in with its paw and the tail of the lion is a cobra snake...i think this place where we were digging to build a house was some ancient Budhist temple perhaps...its in Kurram Agency of Pakistan...a guy found some kinda candle stand wid different coloured stones on the its sides...

  • I will make a pyramid on Moon ...lol, i fed up of these pyramid myths :@

  • I have to side with the geologist that believes it is naturally occurring. That doesn't mean it isn't a pretty site that should be visited for fun though.

  • this is malay made.

    the lost tribe

  • @beechew that made me laugh

  • @beechew its called a translator dude they arnt all american lol

  • Comment removed

  • @beechew Its funny how when ever someone on youtube is corrected they work in the field that they fucked up on. Just because you brought the weather man coffee doesnt mean that you worked in TV. Plus 9-10 NO ONE ON ANY NETWORK is going to pay thousands of dollars for a translator to travel with them for a few weeks or months when they can pay a local hundreds use your head dude.

  • Comment removed

  • @beechew AWWWWW someone is butt hurt and obviously doesnt know shit about doing a documentary. If they didnt have a translator THEY WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COMMUNICATE SMARTASS shows how much you know, And its funny you say you work for Discovery now instead of just TV what an upgrade. I cant tell you dont know shit about what you are talking about and on that note i have a REAL job to get back to.

  • Comment removed

  • @beechew My point's that the person ON SET of the interview is rare to never the same person used in the show unless it's a super low budget production. But, trust me - History Channel has the $ to invest in post & pick the voice they want on air. Discovery Channel - yeah, I've been there 12 yrs. You'd be lucky to bring me coffee. And, YES - Discovery Channel IS a TV company. We own TLC, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery, Oprah Winfrey Network and maybe 10 other networks.

  • @beechew RIGHHTTT you belive that dude your the same guy i schooled a while back about planes saying you "Worked at Boeing for 10 years" you lie all the time dude lol. You dont know shit about this they dont use a computer to generate the translation, they use a REAL JAPAN LOCAL!! THAT SAVES MONEY BUT YOU ARE TO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND!!! So continue to google about Discovery if it makes you feel better. Typical youtube millionare lol loser.

  • Comment removed

  • @beechew AWWWWWW someone is mad because he got owned again and called out on his lies enjoy working at McDonalds dude lol Oh and as for my money making skills i make more in 1 week than you do in a month douche so try again moron lol maybe if you would go to school and graduate you may be able to get as good of a job as i have loser

  • @beechew go ahead complain but does history channel need to apeal itself to everybody? think about it... if they made it some other guy than it might piss off some other people I dont care just as long as i can understand this, if you type back go ahead .

  • I don´t think we are alone in the universe as intelligent beings. If our science tells us that the universe i somewhat infinite, then wouldn´t there be an infitite amount of life? I know our science and knowledge about the universe is limited. Propably more than we know. But for me, it seems that the odd´s for life out there, is not that ´far out´ Know what i mean?

  • mainstream scientist just hate it when they have to change the text books

  • @jimvortex yup ,history is VERY WRONG...

    ALL OF IT...

  • @jimvortex

Mainstream scientists do all the research!

  • E.T phoned home a shit load of times hahahahaha

  • Its interesting, but what puts me off is the terrible English dubbing of Dr Masaaki Kimura and Kihachiro Aratake. The voices sound nothing like the people speaking, but rather similar to outdated racist stereotypes of Japanese accents. I actually live in Japan, so I know what Japanese-accented English is, and its nothing like the 'translators' voices in the documentary. Come on History Channel, is this 1942 or the 21st century??

  • If this was man made would there not be tombs and rooms?

  • I think they just found Atlantis.... O.O

  • I think a artificial construct , like shrine.

  • Interestingly fractured rock.

  • I remember watching this in my East Asian history and culture class 3 years ago. Very interesting!

  • is it possible that this one is related to hideyoshi's empire?

  • Just an other proof of the great flood howelse this civilzation lies on the bottom of the sea.

  • HD please.

  • Duuude...6:02 they edit graham hancocks interview...lot of people hate this guy for challenging their view of human history.

  • I am curious as why these tombs are not studied..and i bet the scuba ninja is freakn happy!

  • Devils postpile, yosemite,ca. Looks like a bunch of cool rocks too..

  • THIS IS NOT PHYSICAL...THIS IS ARTIFICIAL MONUMENT....1000%

THE PLATOS GREEK LEGEND OF ATLANTIS HAVE ONE MORE PLACE TO LIVE...

  • Yonaguni => Yona – guni => (in Greek) Ιωνική Γωνιά =>Yoniki Gonia

YONA means GREEK (see even ANCIENT INDIAS EPICS like RAMAYANA about VIMANAS)....

  • 240p ? :/

  • why does the voiceover have a accent

  • @wewetheparakeet Probably the voiceovers first language is Japanese, and then English. Basically hes a translator who gets paid to translate from Japanese to English.

  • Why does he keep saying they are "totally natural"?? You'd have to be pretty stupid to think these are not carved with precision!

  • @bluehoneycomb

Well I give him a point here, because there are natually ocurring structures with an artificial looking form (The Giant's Causeway in Ireland for example). But I don't agree with him just writing it off automatically.

  • everybody sees what he wants to see

  • i think it was a bouldingsite for other ancient bouldings in the world. And not a city. .(:

  • this is old..if we watch ancient aliens its simple.. pyramids = ancient aliens.

  • Hancock is right for some reason, he said that historians or any professionals hates to be corrected or detoured in what they did studied. "The stage" is 70 x 70 think.

  • bottom line is man will never know how old our oldest civilization is. so you cant dismiss every thing thats discovered just because it might change your perception of what you thought you knew. people dont no everything. so we need to stop pretending to

  • Yonaguni => Yona - guni => (in Greek) Ιωνική Γωνιά =>Yoniki Gonia

  • @marios89k meaning Ionian Corner

  • if they had not shown the surounding coastline i would have been convinced but I am not.

  • if it,s not a structure maybe it is man made like a stone quarry

  • 33:15 if this is really as old as they say it is and it is amongst intense currents that face held up pretty good.

  • 10,000 years old huh?

How exactly would they know that?

    because it looks old?

Whoever made that could have built it on a very soft ground which sunk into the ocean due to storms and weather Etc.

  • @classmassgrass the thing is, if you watch videos about this, by others, the experts all say they think its a natural formation, there are many examples of natural formations looking man made, but there is no way to know the age if it was not without finding pottery, bones, etc within them which tends to be the way the figure the age of most of these things. So how do they know this or that, well the maker of this lied and edited out the experts findings to start with so he made the # up too

  • @ASexyChef It's funny how they date things back so far when this could've easily been made even 500 years ago, It's possible. But what I was trying to say is they as in experts alot of times sound like alot of surveying random people example: The Big Bang, Dinosaurous made 45 million years ago, weighing the earth??? and last but not least....we as humans formed from aps. You know I heard a joke and it says: ''If we were made from aps, why are there still aps?''

  • @classmassgrass Humans have always been classified and we are Apes, we did not come from any of the ones you see today, they would be our distant cousins, and we know that more than ever, DNA shows your parents, and shows how your related to your siblings, cousins, etc. With that we know the marker were we and the chimps shared a common ancestry, even with the bible, were did man come from clay, all other animals were created a man last, that premise is so far from evolution how?

  • @classmassgrass Why is it so bad to think God, had a design, for how all the world would be created, and all he did was trigger the start of all creation, and it unfolded to his design, from the birth of stars, to this world, to evolution, to the only animal, able to understand and grasp and figure out that design, why is that such a bad thought? The course of events that altered animals tells such a rich past, so much more intersting that if we just poofed into being,

  • @classmassgrass Science itself has nothing pro or against God, evolution has nothing to say about God, nor does the bible really tell us a real story, think of it this way, you are a stone age man, and an Angel or whatever you want comes down and explains the story that science is telling us now, primortal soup is different from clay how? Major events like the universe being born, to our star, to the earth to life, would be easily separated by that stone age man with what days?

  • @classmassgrass In the end its your choice to see things however you choice, and think whatever you want, but my friends who are biology majors core was evolution, the science is the foundation that has created my scientific cures, the ways we know we are like animals like mice are the reason we have been able to use them to find curse, if your diabetic or now someone who is, its because evolution, dna, treating mice we have the drugs that keep my own mother alive today...

  • 9000 dives?? that's more than a dive every day for 24 years

  • doesnt look much like a pyramid

  • this is fascinating. Who know's whether it's artifical or not? We can only speculate. Does seem to me strange that nature would form such structures but I am no archeoligst so my opinion is invalid.

  • Yeah. I could see if there was just a few right angles, but look at ALL of them! That is history for sure.

  • One of the more balanced documentaries i've seen. Nice work showing conflicting views.

  • its the fishman island. that's the other half end of the red line. hahaha!!

  • That Guy in denial about this place is just a dumbass he has an excuse for everything but we all know nature doesn't do things like this.

  • ya thats before Noah flood city

  • it was a machine .. with missing parts

  • it was a machine ..
