Weak, Numb, or Paralyzed on One Side of the Body - Your Body's Red Light Warning Signals

I get numbness/pins & needles in my left hand sometimes. But this morning I woke up and the whole left side of my body was numb! I did manage to move eventually. Also, I had sweated buckets. It couldn't be a stroke if it wears off so quickly, right? Plus, I'm only 28 and pretty healthy. Any suggestions of what might be causing this?

I'm getting an MRI soon but I probably wouldn't have even seen a doctor if it hadn't been for this video. So i just wanted to thank you even though they have told me I'm not having any type of stroke this video did convince me it was important to get it checked out.

They think I may have multiple sclerosis I am getting an MRI done later this week. I honestly wasn't even going to go to see a doctor until I watched this video, I know it's unrelated but alot of my symptoms are stuff from the video and thats what scared me into seeing my doctor. Anyway I gues I am just trying to sau thanks again lol
