Naming Lt. Ernest Pappas is a good start. Please make a video naming all of the bad cops and framed citizens. Such a video might go viral. If you are a Youtube partner, you will make money from it. A million views will yield roughly $10,000. You might want to make multiple videos about your revelations, each just a couple minutes in length. Youtube videos are a powerful tool to get the word out.

Philadelphia cops slashed three of my tires on September 8. This was obviously retaliation for posting hundreds of negative comments about them on their PhiladelphiaPolice channel's videos. The vandalism occurred hours, or possibly minutes, after they deleted all of my comments, many of which were posted several weeks ago. The filthy cops may take away my ability to drive and most of my Constitutional rights, but they will never take away my First Amendment right to free speech.

If you really mean what you say, you can start to make ammends by naming every cop who is corrupt and every civilian who was victimized. The cops would probably not sue you for libel or slander, as the truth is an absolute defense against defamation. Besides, the last thing that crooked cops want to do is to get involved with civil litigation. They do not want their dirty laundry to be aired at discovery depositions.

The N.Y.P.D. is one of the few agencies that solely investigates itself. There is no F.O.P. in part or as a union. Dozens of people are still in prison including the "Resto" brothers who were framed by Lt. Rosado in 1997. Officer encanarcion's name is on the arrest report.
