Ok guys, we've established that she is reading off a whiteboard behind Hooman. Some of you are saying she must be smart to be able to read at all - I disagree. You must have really high illiteracy levels in the USA, because I was reading from age two (obviously not fluently) and I know plenty of others who were as well. However it may be right to say she's smart to know how to read words like glycemic, think about it. They probably shot this interview dozens of times. She had a lot of practise.
