@yusurre I personally think that cannibal holocaust pushed the horror genre in the wrong direction(I think the director must be a really lowley piece of shit)He used things he shouldnt have in that film!!Thats for sure ,and nothing at all special in the way of special effects ,Although the premise behind Guinea pig 2 is very screwed up(As the Japanese horror creators always succesfully manage)It really is a special effects masterpiece......and in terms of that it is very worth the watch....

There was something very taboo thought I loved. Besides the snuff elements, the samurai, a symbol of honor in Japan, was displayed as a guise for a sadistic killer.

The actual snuff film was of a man dressed as ninja, performing the murders. Hibinio found it to be "a bit too cliche" and made it a samurai.
