How about those larger paint samples from a hardware store? Should do the trick, then hole punch them and put them on a little keyring and chain... presto!
then you can change the white balance in post processing to what ever floats your boat. Doesn't cost a dime and the model doesn't t have to wear a bunch of cards around her neck. Seems like a lot of stuff to go through and a waste of money

Here is even an easier way. Shoot raw !

These are aimed at video producers. Shooting RAW in the video world equates to a "RED" camera. At about $20k.

Every printer would print a different blue. You want consistent results.
