all horcruxes = the diary the locket the ring the tiara (ravenclaw's), the cup and believe it or not, Harry is the seventh horcrux. spoiler: dumbledore dies killing the ring, the book is killed in the second, malfoy's friend kills the tiara, i forget how they destroy the cup, the locket is stabbbed by griffendor's blade, and harry is killed by voldermort.

dumbledore puts on the ring, which makes him die in a year, so snape kills him which was the plan all along.. and harry gets killed by voldermort, but since they have a connection in their minds they both die. harry had a choice to live again, since he chose to die when he chose to live again, voldermort lived again. this broke the connection. he then faked still being dead, killed voldermort, and thats the end.

Actually I thought that the Hallows were totally unnecessary to the story of Harry and Voldemort and really had nothing to do with any of the events of the previous books. . . it was kind of weird. I felt like tho story could have reached the same conclusion without involving the Horcruxes or Dumbeldore's back story at all, and that those pages would have been better spent involving elements from the previous books like The Veil and The Mirror of Erised.

I thought the reason that Harry didn't die properly when Voldemort AK'd him was because Voldemort had used Harry's blood to resurrect himself, thus voldemort ancored harry to the world the same way has a Horcrux would, but without spliting his soul. 1) No need for the elder wand, the same thing could have happened because of the shared wand cores. But I think it would have been way better for Harry to use his own skill to defeat voldy, rather than just because of a fluke w/ his wand.

2) Harry could have had to cross through the Veil, into the underworld for some reason and encountered his loved ones that way.

I still think that the hallows came out of left field and distracted from the main (important) story of the horcruxes, without adding anything that could not have been done another way that fit the overall story arch of all 7 novels better. Same thing with Dumbledore's back story. It seemed like Jo had all this extra info on him in her head and decided to stick it in the book somewhere despite the fact that it didn't help the story at all. I think she should have saved it for the encyclopedia.
