im quite a vu & lou fan so i was skeptical when clicking on this but its good. the only criticism i have is that its too perky. this could be the jingle for cereal or a coffee..

the original makes me do this 'ahhhhhhhhhhhhh' and sink into my chair. all the fills and stuff you put in sound good but for me are out of place. this song is to be naked, just that sweet ass bassline and lou reed's lazy vox.

Nice voice, good pitch, nice playing, but the singing is way over done. This is what happens when a singer enjoys the sound of his/her own voice too much. The end result is something arrogant and ultimately forgettable. I would like you hear some of your original stuff though. You definitely have talent.
