Now for the results: first, I was put on hold for 5 minutes before I spoke with a customer service representative who very quickly informed me that the office hours for NuPhysicia were between 9 am – 5 pm (CST). The woman I spoke with told me that she was unaware of the costs for the “medical suitcase” & for other products. She did tell me that she would pass along my name & phone # to her supervisor, who would follow-up with me at a later time (no indicator was given as to when that would be).
