  • Cool as usual

  • Badass dude, Badass

  • hey bra, how did u get the sound of that and also is it the pickups that are holding the notes or is it like set on the pedal like the notes holding so well

  • NICE :)

  • how much did that guitar cost? Could you recomend a good inexpensive elecric guitar, i have about 370 saved. I know guitars can cost 1,000s of dollars but I just cant afford that cuz Im 13. PS YOU ROCK!

  • @BlackMist301 Thanks man! I bought this guitar for $1600 when it just came out, but it was way overpriced at that time. You can this exact guitar for about half that on ebay now. It's a nice guitar, but not worth $1600. As for some good inexpensive guitars, Schecter's are real good for quality for a low price. The Damien line is real good, they're around 300-400, or the C-1 Classic which is more versatile. But, if you can save some more, I'd definitely recommend a Hellraiser.

  • @MysticGuitar77 Thanks!

  • @BlackMist301 esp ltd h-100 is a good inexpensive they play pretty well and there not much got mine for 175 at a local ny store or epiphone depending on which one your looking at you could look up inexpensive guitars just a suggestion hope you find a good guitar

  • badass man, awesome

  • good job kido

  • just lose the gay shirt and u got it.! hel yeah

  • AWE-FUCKING-SOME!

  • great job man. perfect. couldn;t find a single mistake. its good to see someone put up a good cover once in awhile

  • hey man

can you tell me where i can get this guitar?

  • @firefinger95 Unfortunately, I believe they don't make this guitar line available anymore to the public. If you really want one, your best bet would be to look around on eBay or craigslist or something like that.

  • dude! fuckin sick ass axe! looks like a dd75? correct me if im wrong.

  • @disturbeddevotee94 DD75 it is. ;)

  • Thanks man! appreciate it.

  • hey dude! awsome cover! sickness. Would you mind sending me the tabs?? I dont like the versions i found so far and your version sounds perfect.

  • @mikeroker55 Thanks and I'll send the tabs now.

  • @MysticGuitar77 dude me too can you send me tabs THANKS!!! btw youre awesome!

  • @XDmizza Sure thing dude.

  • @XDmizza Damn, its not letting me send it. Tell you what, I'll post it in the description for this video since a lot of people ask for tabs for this song anyway.

  • total fucking epicness great song great cover

  • that was cool, this song is badass :) \m/

  • very good job

  • I don't play guitar, but this sounded near perfect, other than a little bit off beat at the beginning and on the drag-triplets after 2:53 as well as a few sour notes at the part after 2:24

  • @cartmanthesecond The beginning is loaded with effects that's very hard to replicate without the proper effects pedals so I just played it completely clean without the heavy delay that is used. At 2:24, I was just making sure there were no unwanted string vibrations so what you hear is my hand muting the strings which is very common for guitar players and I honestly can't hear what you're talking about at 2:53 as there are no triplets there, but thanks though! :)

  • What tunning? Are you in a half step down from drop D?

  • @TheYoSong Yup, drop D flat is the tuning.

  • @MysticGuitar77 Oh my bad, it's standard E tuned down a half step. So Eb,Ab,Db,Gb,Bb,Eb.

  • @MysticGuitar77 Oh you're a half step down from standard? Weird, I thought this song was dropped completely for easier strumming. You could probably play this is normal D the same way you do and it would be the same only easier... Can you send me tabs? The tabs online aren't as good as I'd hope.

  • @TheYoSong Yeah, he actually uses Eb standard on a few songs off the Sickness album and I'm postive this song is in Eb Standard, because I tried learning it in Drop Db and it's awkwardly hard especially during the bridge. I'll shoot you the tab right now.

  • at the beginning i thought wtf is he doing but when it started for real you just blow me off my chair just awesome

  • @crossed4out Haha nice. Yeah, I tried playing the riff in the beginning without all those effects that Dan uses in the recording. Kinda sounds stupid completely clean like that lol. Thanks though.

  • Nice dude

  • hey, i don't normally ask for tabs n I learn by ear but if you have the tabs and if you haven't a problem with sending them over, would you be able to pass them over please?

I would by the tab book but I'm not much of a fan of Disturbed, this is just a song which I like alot n even though my dad loves them n has a couple albums, when ever he has time to play guitar outside of his time consuming job, it's acoustic, so the book wouldn't be much use

    if not, thanks anyway :)

  • No problem, I'll send the tab over to you now.

  • thanks :D

oh great playing btw (y), I'll check out the rest of you channel in a sec (y)

  • i want this guitar. wherd you get it and how much?

  • Very jealous of the Maya, I'd have one if they were more easily available, and the decent ones are pretty pricey. Nice job too.

  • Not much more to say than that fuckin' rocked.

  • dude you fucking ROCK!

  • nice job...and how does that guitar play, i was thinking about getting that one, but i've really only seen it online. is it a great guitar? i need an opinion

  • It's a great guitar. Pickups have a great sound both clean and distorted, easy to tune especially if you like to switch tunings a lot this guitar is very versatile. Nice Sperzel locking tuner pegs, makes it easier to re-string. Really it's a fantastic guitar. the only negative about it is it doesn't have an extremely fast neck like an Ibanez or Jackson. Not the best guitar if you're into soloing, but other than that I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile guitar.

  • thats cool..might have to check it out. and when you said it's not the best for soloing, did u mean as in things like tapping? basically what did you mean by "it doesn't have an extremely fast neck?" also are the strings close enough to the fretboard, because i don't like playing guitars when the strings are hard to press. i'm sorry for all of the questions, i'm just curious.

  • What I meant by a fast neck is that it's kind of hard to play fast solos like a Dream Theater solo or Yngwie Malmsteen or any shred type of solo since the neck is kind of thick so it's hard to get your fingers around the neck especially on the higher frets. It's fine for tapping and solos by let's say Metallica or Van Halen. And it's funny you mention how close the strings are to the fretboard because on this guitar I felt the strings are very close to have no fret buzz when I first got it.

  • ok thanks a lot, i think that might be a good guitar for me because im not that into soloing. thanks again :)

  • did you use tab or learn by ear?

  • I actually used the official The Sickness tab book that I bought I few years ago.

  • How much was that??

  • The book? I bought it for like $20 at my local music store.

  • what equitment are you using?

    Guitar: Maya (know that)

    Amp: ?

    Pedal: ?

  • I use a Line 6 Spider III HD150 Amp head w/ 312 watt speaker cab. No special pedals just a floorboard that controls the amp settings. All my effects come from the amp and nothing else. Line 6 makes phenomenal amps.

  • wow, that, and u have dans tone excellent. It sounds exactly!

  • way to little veiws for this vid

  • good job

  • How have only 300 people seen this!? You're freakin good!

  • nice job dude

  • impressive
