All around sei an city (Commoners ' Qtr.) there are various docks with people on them. You need to draw lily pad right next to them and they'll hop on. You will have a time limit to make them reach their destination. I keep trying to do this, but I'm having a hard time completing this thing. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this to get the full praises from each one of them?

hey i got okami for some days ago, i just beated orochi first time, and got a blue sword... i though the game was over , but i guess i was wrong.. is it alot longer? i already played for 20 hours, is that bad? hehe... i mean i like to take my time but... yeah... how long time did it took you to beat the whole game?

you still got alot more to go. it took me 45 hrs and 26 mins to beat it, but take your time because i later found out that i was missing alot of secret brush techniques. Also, the more you do the more you unlock at the end. :)

What the heck's wrong with you bud. How far have you gotten in the game? A couple hours? Okami is an incredible 40-60 hour long adventure with an absolutely incredible story and soundtrack. If more people recognized video games as art, Okami would be in an art museum. The celestial brush hook is original and well-implemented. I do agree that the sounds the people make when talking are a bit annoying, but it's not hard to get over that.

Clover studios loves zelda and i'm happy for that. Okami copy zelda but still have originality when you use the brush and have wonderful design level. Okami is art inside one videogame and is better (like ZELDA games) than other hypes games. EVERYBODY should by this.

People say it's like Zelda, but it's definitely not the rip-off. The whole feel of the game is a bit different IMO. It's better than Twilight Princess in some areas, and not as good in some others. Okami's a beautifully designed game with incredible art direction, music and story. The celestial brush is a great hook and is well implemented. I don't find it as immersive as Twilight Princess, because of constant loading screens and minor framerate issues, but still, Okami is an absolute must-buy.

But i would like to ask a question about the PS2 version. See i have the Wii and it gets annoying sometimes with the brush. But on the PS2 u have more control, can someone tell how u paint with the PS2 controller?

Okami looks good because the visual style is unique and they actually put effort into artwork. Unlike titles like Crysis, which use amazing technology but look boring as fuck once you play for longer than a couple hours.

Ohhh - well that's even worse, hahah. This is actually one of the top single-player games on PS2 (and now Wii).

Unless you're only into multiplayer, you have to check out Okami.

Preferably on a good television with a very good sound system, because the sound track is the SHIZNIT.
