@crustenscharbap......it runs at 5500/hr max...these machines are mainly designed for small run book jobs not big production like u see on Mullers.

I run the new model ST6000 which runs out 6000/hr max or 12000/hr max when doing 2 up work. The 6000 model is solely a booklet maker...u cannot do ncr or collating work on it.

will try and upload vid of the one i run in a cpl days or so.

What the h€ll. Ist extremly Slowly. 500 Folders/Hour? Look at the Heidelber or Müller Martine Saddle stitcher.

ブロック分割とは4ページごとの断裁のことでしょうか？

4ページごとの断裁をしておくことで、お客様が印刷後の間違い修­正→再印刷は発生した時の破棄される紙が少なくなります。

効率は悪いですが、弊社の印刷／製本は短納期ですのでそういった­状況を常に考慮して、4ページごとの断裁という形で作業を行って­おります。
