This college is funded through a system of violence. I had every right to be there and voice my opinion because force was used against me to fund the property and the people there running the exercises AND pay the men who were harassing me.
@turbomclovin The security guards were messing with me. So was Fema and Homeland Security. It's a waste of time. And, money was stolen from me so that they could carry out those exercises. Are you saying They have a right to steal my money, but I don't have a right to object? Is that what you're saying? Really?
The joint citizens of Missouri, not this woman alone, owns that campus. She has no individual say in who has access and her rights don't override that of others, including their right to protect their children or limit access to their property. Those citizens expect students to be protected on school grounds. That includes restricting access only to students, staff, and others with business on that property. There is a process for protest which she must comply with. End of story.
Lady, read your Constitution: "Congress shall make no law ... prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech..." MSU is not Congress. Anyone can tell you to shut the hell up and are within their right to do so. Congress is the only one that can't.
This is very sad that my state has been turned over to the police & that stupid bitch Maggie Crane is kissing their asses. "Expressive activity" is gestapo language B.S.
You didn't come there to argue with the police either until he stuck his redneck ass into you constitution! Should have asked his fat ass to go in and get a copy of the "policy".
Looks to me like you were trespassing. You should've followed the policy and got a permit (like a hall pass). There are things called rules and laws. At the end you were disturbing the peace as well. There are people trying to read and study and you're out there yelling on a megaphone. WTF!!!
Having the rights we do in the U.S. doesn’t absolve us of the need to use good judgment when dealing with our neighbors. I think you would be more effective with a touch more foresight and planning in avoiding unwinnable arguments. I wish you the best in getting your message out there.
I didn’t see an infringement on constitutional rights. Access to the state controlled property was being infringed upon. Nothing more than that was apparent to me. The gentleman’s argument that t being present on university property is acceptable because the area is state funded doesn’t hold up to even basic scrutiny. Access to all manners of state funded areas is limited. I feel the officer did a fantastic job managing this situation.
Some permits they tell you to get are false. As long as we keep falling for this silliness they will keep on imposing marshall law and some of these false flags will become law. We already have certain rights under the Constitution and we don't need permits.
@papadoza My permit was in my back pocket. It's called the bill of rights. Money was stolen from me to pay for this school and the cops who were running these exercises, so I had every right to speak my mind.
what I regularly hear is that protests should are to be carried out in order and scheduled. ... at least by law. I have no hate in my heart towards standing up for yourself . Just do so in a way thats least troubling to you and your image.
Hey miss. I commend your fight. I would say that, I would go and get what ever was needed to shut dude up... if it was reasonably easy to do. Otherwise they can fine you for noise pollution. When I went to law school, I learned that most law is based on what is reasonable behavior for citizens. That guy may or maynot have had no problems with your protest, if you had documentation to stage a voice protest. otherwise there's silent protests that you can do: wearing a tshirt, distributing, etc...
You fucking moron. You are the same liberal-ass dipshit that whines and bemoans first responders and police when "they dont do anything" when schools are shot up. And then you and your ignorant "We Want Change Because We Dont Know What We What" group protest? What a group of idiots!
@TheSoverigncitizen when schools get shot up I blame the psychiatrists who gave them psychotropic medication. If you want to have a debate, that's fine. Just watch your language and get some substance to your argument. If all you have are ad hominem attacks, please go pester someone else.
@reneaandhercat Oh youre really are one of those liberal Tom Cruise morons who thinks the medical field is to blame. Ah, I get it. People dont act of their own free will, DOCTORS make people do bad things. Get a clue, Oprah.
