@Sharod101 Very sad. I believe that same problem happened on a B747. the lock on the cargo door didn't lock completely and a short circuit opened the door... i'll try nd find it and link it here!

@cbonesteak I totally agree with you. After watching many of these episodes, I have read some NTSB reports (they are all available online for download as PDF), and I am amazed how thorough their investigations are conducted. I think that every of these crashes they investigated gave them a lot to learn from and to make aviation safer.

Metal fatigue in blades caused it to fracture. The bad weather contributed to the severity of the incident.

@Wykletypl the propeller wasn't fixed properly, but the engineer didn't see it. so the engine somewhat exploded, they crash-landed in a forest-like area, and the captain died along with other passengers. hope this helped
