  • It's kinda ironic that Hogan is in this and that he is practically the complete opposite of McMahon. McMahon and build a company, sure the current state of WWE can be marked as "OK" but in a snap of a finger it can come back to the "Attitude Era". While TNA, is ran the Hogan-Russo duo, with a snap of a finger TNA is dead and McMahon buys most of the super stars. If not, they go back to WWE Developmental Territory(FCW, OVW, ROH, etc.)

  • Can you imagine any other CEO of a publicly traded company saying and acting like he does and not getting scathing on CNBC? Of course, no wonder WWE stock has stagnated for the past decade.

  • 8:07-8:11 I'm John Laurinaitis and I am the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, and the Interim General Manager of Raw...

  • 5 to 7!?!? He's lost a lot!!!

  • The Interviewer brings up one hell of a point. If they are entertainment/entertainers why do THEY have a drug policy and drug testing, and actors and musicians do not. They are all entertainers and the list of actors and musicians especially, that have died due to drug use is as long as pro Wrestling easily. Vince's answer about a spotlight being on them and being held to a higher standard is defiantly true.

  • WWE definitely has to go back to 15.

  • GOOD PROGRAMME

  • I knew ESPN would go low and bring up Chris Benoit

  • oh god i seen john laurinaitis at 8:08 he runs the wwe univerrrsevesverse

  • @sknga English. Please.

  • @Toqehh i said in english. do you come from a different country?

  • now we know his step dad caused him to be the success that he is today.

  • I would love to be a wrestler much more then a boxer or a footballer, just more fun with the scripts, all the travel, just seems much more fun

  • FUNKMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • so thats how the production meetings work

  • John Laurenitis at 08:07

  • There isn't a respectable doctor in the world who would say Benoit's testosterone levels were the cause of what happened.

There were plenty of other drugs in the house including potent painkillers and alcohol. Benoit was also later determined to be suffering from brain damage.

However, the media being quick to point fingers, labeled steroid use as the culprit. It is incredibly lazy, agenda driven, reporting.

  • @StuUngar nice post

  • Staged and fake are 2 different things

  • @acegotflows They pretty much kill them selves but the way they do it is scripted

  • This guy is a knucklehead, liar and a scumbag...

why doesn´t he pay off Kamala?

  • @laperuse No he isn't. The Wellness Policy states that if asked WWE will pay rehab for anyone who's ever been under a WWE Talent contract. It does not states in any way that WWE will pay surgeries. And hell, I'm sure if Kamala would have asked Vince would have paid for the surgery.

  • i was there at WM25

  • I really hope Vince keeps turning the wwe product today around to have the older audience watch again even though it wont ever match the 90's audience. Buying TNA would help us all! I hope ROH becomes the number 2 company its way better than TNA and the matches are better than wwe matches

  • hulk and vince for ever

  • Don't care what anybody says, but if you kill the love of your life, your wife & your son, you deserve to go to hell. Chris Benoit was a great entertainer, but I'm talking about Chris Benoit, the person.

  • @JRangerCR355 He had decease. He was mentally disturbed when the incident happened.

  • @AngelFallingFromSky no excuses man. No excuses for killing your wife and son.

  • I wish everybody would back off on Vince. He grew up harsh and made a name for himself. Good for him.

  • @trolzilalol he is a low life many ex wrestlers and announcers have said so, why back off him?

  • Vince McMahon is a god.. a GOD!

  • vince bragged that he was brilliant twice - when younger and currently. thats only partly true. he is not always brilliant because he fails outside of wrestling with xfl, wbf, and his film studio lost lots of money cause it doesnt make sense to have wrestling company make movies even if they are trying to expand. a huge guy as a star in wrestling such as hhh, cena, hogan dont fit into movies

  • Well if you have money, health insurance isnt a problem, you got money, in USA you got life.

  • Wait WWE guys get no vacations?U do know half the time injuries are vacation time?Big Show agreed with the guy when he said he only works 200 days a year.Is there only 200 days in a year or am i missing something?

  • No pension, no medical/dental benifits, no vaction leave, only substance abuse programs, fame, and groupiees. The janitors and ring boys has more benifits. WWE is like any other independent promtion.

  • @blackstruggle77 Yeah the janitors have a much better career

  • @blackstruggle77 So what's your point? That just means that the WWE isn't like your traditional business as far as it's wrestling talent goes.

The wrestlers get paid MUCH more money than the average worker in nearly any profession. Sure they don't have medical/dental benifits, pensions, or vactions, neither do pro athletes in some sports but you don't hear them complain about it.

  • Thank you Vince for exposing the "secret art" of Pro Wrestling.

  • 8:15 eww Johnny

  • i grew up such a big wwf fan now it sux its so different not the badass it was before other then that stephanie is still so hot

  • GENIUS!

  • i cant wait to get in the wwe

  • @TheJohncenafan247 GOOD F****** LUCK! YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE AT GETTING MAULED BY A BEAR!

  • Jeremy has to be pretty tall. I would figure Big Show would look much taller by comparison than that

  • i dont think benoit died of steroids...it was something else

  • @tcoom76 anti-depressants! The top two side effects in every American made anti-depressants are "homocidal tendencies" and "suicidal tendencies". I challenge anyone to look that up.

  • @tcoom76 he suffered brain damages while wrestling and was heavily affected by the death of Eddie Guerrero. Benoit had a brain of an 85 year old man.

  • @SarNewsTV your correct

  • is that the miiz @8:12????

  • I cant wait for the mcmahon autobiography

  • Before I watched this video I always took it for granted Vince was another ' Don King '

  • wow. a guy worth around half a billion wont even give his performers (who make him rich in the first place) a few meager benefits to see them right after they have to retire through their bodies degenerating to a point to where they can hardly move without being in pain. does he have to be that mean? really? Greedy fuckin bastard. same goes for all the other companies & individuals that do the same thing (NFL etc).

  • not to be rude im a fan of hulk hogan but he looks like his high 1:43

  • @RawisCain most of the promos aren't even rehearsed, the creative writers tell them to talk about certain things but 90% of it is all the wrestlers, and they do this over 250 days a year.

  • as far as the wrestling moves, and how to do them without out hurting the other wrestler, time and alot of practice. and even then u still feel every bump and slam. wreslting is not pain free. just because i know how to slam u properly and u know how to land properly doesnt make the ring any softer. but to sum up the anwser alot to traning

  • @xscycho thats right finally someone says the truth, there is no way to avoid being injured in wrestling

  • @RawisCain i used to do independent wrestling and its exactly the same as it is in the wwe, so ill anwser ur question, as far as the promos or "lines" wrestlers are given the the main points of what should be said most the time the rest is ab-libed by the wrestler.

  • vince is 63 years old?? he's not senile at all...

  • Out of all the stories E:60 has done. This one was probably the most compelling one. Getting to know the real Vince Mcmahon, and also for him to openly say the sport is "dramatized" was personally amazing thinking about it. I mean the boss openly said that it's mostly fake. Pretty awesome.

  • @jetsfan8710 when did he say mostly fake? i never heard that comment in the last 28 years from vince!

  • I still Dislike Stephaine

  • Winning.

  • well his rein has ended. : '(

  • lord of the ring my ass he's now fired and he's a toilet cleaner..

  • Steph is still lookin good, she can get it ;)

  • Vince McMahon vs cm punk at WM 28

  • vinnie mac > you

  • hulk looks so stoned

  • I have alot of respect for this man. People may say bad things about him and his character but I see something different. I see a man driven to do whatever it takes to succeed. Success like his is only granted to those that work hard to become worthy.

  • VINCE IS A FUCKING BAD ASS

  • TNA WELL NEVER BE LIKE THIS

  • hogan shd just fuck off and die

  • hogan isnt shit but an old man

  • Hogan is GOD

  • Damn, that's such a powerful outlook on abuse; "In a fight of any kind, physical or otherwise, if I'm not dead, I win. And he use to beat me unmercifully, but I knew that if I lived through that beating, fuck him, I won." On a side note, Jesus Christ monkey balls, Bruno Sammartino is so hairy; must have had a strong, primitive odor emanating from his pores, lol.

  • have u ever seen the move the wrestler

  • 8 minutes in - heartbreaker for all die-hard wrestling fans LOL

  • @MegaHarryballzack HOLY SHIT IT'S FAKE? Well I'll never watch it again now that I know that! Seriously, how stupid are you?

  • @XhoowieX obviously not as stupid as all you people watching wrestling hahahahaha

  • @MegaHarryballzack And what exactly is stupid about it? It's just entertainment, like movies or most TV shows, the only reason you think Wrestling fans are stupid is because you for some fucked up reason think that they think it's real. Ironically, the fact that you think they're stupid is what makes you so stupid.

  • @XhoowieX uh oh, its goin down, like owen hart

  • @MegaHarryballzack Wow joking about the death of a young man that'll prove the point that you're not an immature thick little cunt.

  • @XhoowieX Religion is realer than WWE.

  • @MegaHarryballzack Religion and WWE are both real you fucking moron, it's just the things that religion say and the things that the WWE do that aren't real, your comments are too stupid to be from a remotely sane person so you're either a troll, a 12 year old or (most likely) both, if you say something worth replying to then I will, if not... Ciao.

  • @XhoowieX lmfao so you believe in religion and wwe?? and BTW sir, Just because you know how to use proper English and punctuation to sound smart doesn't mean you are. See, just look at me. Don't I look smarter now? Like you? Honestly my good man, if you're a fan of Religion and the WWE then you can't be much smarter than a bag of turds. but yeah i cant do that proper grammar shit on the internet anymore thank god its the internet and not a fuckin exam. suck it you jesus lovin hick. Chris Benoit

  • @MegaHarryballzack Can't believe I'm biting here... I never said that I believed in any religion or that the stuff WWE was real, I said that the WWE and religion both exist, which they clearly do. I don't use correct punctuation to sound smart, it's just how I type. You may not like it, but it's better than using words like "realer".

  • @XhoowieX Aw you replied to me, i'm flattered. really.

  • @XhoowieX many things the wwe does are real guys are really getting slapped and hurt, the winners aren't real though!

  • @MegaHarryballzack wrestling isn't fake entirely guys really get beat up there is no way to avoid it!

  • @XhoowieX wrestling is alot more real than you think they really are getting slapped and kicked and hit with real chairs!

  • @oldschool6804 I know exactly how real it is, I know that they hit each other with real chairs because Michael Tarver protected his head with one and the corner hit his forearm causing a fracture, I know that when they fall on the canvas they really are falling, I know that they really do fall off of ladders etc, they're basically actors + dancers + stuntmen in one IMO

  • @XhoowieX no they aren't actors calling them actors is an insult! they are athletes

  • @oldschool6804 Of course they act, you think Mark Calloway really thinks he's a dead man?! You think Glen Jacobs really thinks he's his brother?! You're insulting them by making out that they have some kind of serious mental problems.

  • @XhoowieX yes those characters however tracy smothers said on an interview that mark calloway is a legit devil worshipper.

  • @oldschool6804 Right... a very slightly related fact that has adds no weight to your argument....

  • @XhoowieX certain guys characters aren't fictional savage cm punk and others are reflections of their real personality

  • @XhoowieX it's not fake some of the things they do are showmanship but many things hurt and are very real

  • we want WWE IN GREECE ΓΑΜΩΤΟ ΜΟΥ

  • that vince guy is a genus

  • I can only imagine who's in the production meetings now. :(

  • 10:03 that guy is wrong, the wrestlers are independent contractors but wrestlers who stay with the WWE, I don't know for how long or under what circumstances get a pension that sets in when they are 65.

  • "I'm probably never going to die"...Vinny just cursed himself.

  • I'm the lord of the anal rings

  • Vince is a badass because he embodies his character in real life.

  • Vince McMahon is a legend.

  • This video is amazing, can't stress that enough!

  • this man will bury you unless you do what he says. People have died for him to keep their job.

  • "Not stealing...stealing too much" LOL...gotta love wrestling.

  • Vince has to be on HGH.

  • @nykia31 HGH?

  • @Okonkwo009 human growth hormone. it's a type of steroid

  • @MrPhenomenal7 oh I see, how dangerous is it?

  • @Okonkwo009 I honestly have no clue man. It was one of the main substances used in baseball and that's how I know of it. You'll have to check more online about it to know risks. Sorry I can help more

  • @Okonkwo009 I'm not sure honestly. Wish I could tell ya. Sorry for taking so long. I honestly forgot to reply.

  • @MrPhenomenal7 that okay, so do you think wrestlemania 3 makean indoor attendance record and wrestlemani 27 made an attendance record?

  • @nykia31 Ohh for sure and probally alot more than you would imagine...but hey nobody in the wwe is on steroids right...lol

  • having HHH in the production meeting makes me afraid for the Undertaker.

  • Where did Sports Columnist Mike MooneyHam get that Great Qualtiy Wig?

  • @TheManMythLegend18 LMAO, true

  • @TheManMythLegend18 haha, yeah I noticed that as well

  • Comment removed

  • Lord of the Ringhole.

  • the day vince dies wud be sad

  • V Mcmahon looks like DAVE GAHAN

  • @KohviKruus lol ive been saying that shit for years

  • vince was crying when he was talking about wanting to kill his father :O

  • @dariusguerrero STEP father

  • lol i clicked this thinking the video had something to do with lord of the rings, in wrestling. O_o

  • LONG LIVE VINCE MCMAHON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Looking at this, its to funny how tna marks say that tna is gonna put vince mcmahon's wwe out of business. When tna is nowhere near wwe. Recently awesome kong nash and booker t all left tna for wwe. Sting might end up going to wwe too. So if tna was so good, r truth christian gail kim and all of the other people i named wouldnt have left tna for wwe

  • The PG era.... Worst decision Vince ever made.

  • @ratufatu

No it's not. the older demographic went away to MMA anyway, and they are getting more younger viewers. It was PG in the 80s during Hogan and until the mid 90s you know.

  • I wanna bang Stephanie!

  • vince will never die

  • Vince for President

  • @JakeBender541 Fucking idiot

  • Man they have about 700 people on the creative team which means the product should be a lot better than what they are putting out right now

  • Epic, momentous, tremendous quote of Vince McMahon: "I don't negotiate" to Verne Gagne while making an offer to buy him out.

I can't believe he never took this and ran with it.

  • cool, now know if real or not

  • My only issue with Vince is that he's not that creative. He typically takes other peoples ideas and makes them better

Wrestlemania was a rip-off of Starcade

Attitude Era was a rip-off of ECW

All his best Ideas are rip-offs but still he is one hell of a businessman

  • @Psycho5275 yett he copied them in a way..but perfected those ideas in a great way

  • you have to be 18 to be a wwe superstar. so im gitting ready for wwe in 5 years and i hope the still have this hd stage because it is AWESOME !!!!!!!

  • 3:33 Vintage Vince McMahon.

  • i have a feeling that if vince eva was to retire there would only be 2 people on his list to pass ownership too, Shane Mcmahon or Triple H, although i feel shane would keep WWE pumping longer than Triple H would ....

  • No National Wrestling Association. At the time a governing body for the different territories. Eventually became WCW, then independent again, briefly affiliated with TNA (Total Non-Stop Action) Wrestling in short.

  • How can anyone blame vince for taking all the best talent for this show and going national when the nwa black listed wrestlers and tried to drive out competition by bringing in al their top stars to a territory when they felt threatend .It was going on for decades and people NEVER talk about how nwa had a monopoly on wrestling since the 40s before vince. He's smart and no i dont like his current product i follow indies

  • @joegaulin nwa niggaz wit attitude?

  • You're FIRED!!! >:(

  • MasterRoshi: yea but i cant really c Vince leavin any time soon IF ever. vince staed MANY times that he'll never retire. but that could just be his ego & love for doing what he loves talking. im just a fan like u so im gonan pretend like ive been working 4 WWE & say things idk 4 sure. but fro ma fan's standpoint, it seems 2 me that HHH has A LOT of power - MANY long Title reigns, ALWAYS wins just like Cena If he has complete control, OMG is all I gotta say! And I say in that in the worst way!

  • Finlay is in the creative team? That's cool.

  • WTF match is that at 5:28. It looks like early 90's Shawn Michaels from his Rocker days vs Gillberg or Austin with red knee pads. But it looks like Kevin Nash from today, standing on the apron. Nash never had the long gray hair while in WWE, but it DEF looks like him.

  • hes a son of a bitch . but hes gotta b one of tha best businessmen of all timee

  • VM is the greatest. He has been an innovator and more.

The only thing I did not like was the use of MR. T.

    I hate that fool.

    I pity the FOOL.

  • my dream, that i would kill for is to walk inbetween that minitron entrance and stand on the grounds of the birth of the greatest entertainment in the world

  • This is why u gotta try hard........... so you can get money, pussy, power, and awsome-epic-powerness:DD

  • Triple H and Stephanie Mcmahon will take over the business after Vince.

  • I would've expected the billionaire head of a firm like wwe to be raking in revenues a lot closer to a billion. Hard to conceive all 4 members of his family getting billions in net worth with a company that only has $100 Million in revenue. How is that possible?? O.o Are there secret funds or methods that executives can use to easily get a lot more cash out of their companies?

And it says here that Vince's YEARLY salary is only 850 grand. Of course, Bill Gates has like $80 Billion

  • Says here that even in Q2 of 2010, WWE's revenues were only $106 Million. The profit was a mere $6.3 Million. I read that even in 2006, total revenues and sales weren't much higher. This is a LOT lower than I expected. So how the fuck did Vince AND his wife, son and daughter all become billionaires??? Where they getting the extra money from?

Huh. Executive compensation is a lot more complicated than I thought. I know about pay, stock options, etc., but wwe seems to make a lot less.

  • @whoo689 So I guess I shouldn't be too surprised

  • @whoo689 , either way they are still very rich people. Not everyone can just create a business and become this successful. Vince did it and made it. We would all kill to have as much as he has know.

  • Stephanie McMahon is hot!!

  • Independent Contracts: Wrestling's dark dirty secret.

  • Hmm someone show kids the storyline part

  • what does Hogan means is doest yawn , his doesnt scream

    he does is made off

  • Mr.McMahon is a ledgen and he will always be the McMahons=LEGACY

  • i cant belive to say that but the little kids just make the wwe worst !

  • i still don't get why vince needs scripts for his show i mean the wrestlers barerly read off a script

  • see hulk hogan talk all good about vince then now since he in tna he talk bad now

  • hopefully Shane or Stephanie are good promoters and owners for a big business, otherwise WWE is fucked. Vince your the best, the haters and TNA fanboys in here dont know what they are talking about, they are dumb!

  • vince a very interesting but the level llebado wwe john cena with a joke for companies like TNA children while you step on the heel each time more and more

  • i respect that man

and when u think about it it is inspring to see someone to come from where he was as a child to where he is now not to mention all the people he hired

all the pay checks he has to sign

    all the loyers he has

    gms

    ring crew

    wrestlers

    etc.

    u cant compare (in wrestling)

  • he is a steroid loving cum guzzler

  • Man's a genius

  • If and when vince retires...your gonna see Stephanie and HHH Take over!

  • next to micheal jackson, benoit is probably the most controversial figure post humanously (after death_ in movies music sports politics in this country's history (even though he was canadia)

  • im probably never going to die, ahhhhh vintage vinny mac
