Another EXPENSIVE example of politicians presenting false choices in order to manipulate taxpayer's feelings and sentiment, versus providing honest facts to the people who pay the bills and their salaries.

E.G. the NEA keeps chanting that "it's all about the kids", when in fact, it's all about maintaining their power base (non-value added bureaucracy).

* K-12 Public Teachers = 68,132 (what taxpayers pay for)

* Non-Teachers = 84,881 (bureaucracy and "support")
