Time to review: Reactor 4 has all of the spent fuel rods on top of its roof. The building has a cracked slab and is leaning - as a result of the first quake!

If this topples over, we have approx. 4 days or so to get prepared before the initial wave of radiation reaches the west coast & travels east via the jet stream.

For what it's worth this isn't exclusive to Fukushima. Most of those same people didn't give a damn about the NDAA being signed into law, and the end of our Bill of Rights either. :-/
