Thanks this helped me. At first I was thinking, "what the hell this is a V-Step in Cwalking". But then as I watched farther into it I get why you used that motion as a good position to start the glide. I'm sure everyone who is saying crap about it being a Cwalk didn't watch the entire thing. It's good in my oppinion, but I'm not an expert at critisizing C-walking videos. I personally believe that crip walking and gliding shouldn't be mixed as one, but kept seperate, they are two different almost parellel styles. One is a bunch of "jumping" and the other is a smooth floating illusion,

I see alot of crip walkers try and glide and there glides are a bit "jumpy" and it ruins the illusion. I'm not trying to discurage you though, but It's going to be hard to get rid of the jumping motion.

Um, I have always used skate shoes. Make sure they have thick soles if you are starting out, makes it easier to get on your toes.
