they arent the same. in the good ending sonic makes tiny planet disappear through the power of the timestones. in the bad end he undoes the chain holding it, and throws a rock at robotnik. theyve been combined for this.

theres two scenes missing from the very end. one is from the good end where there's a field of flowers and the other is the bad end in which tiny planet, having been unchained, suddenly reappears tethered to the ground

Actually, it's the older generation who love genie, hover-board, etc. The biggest complainers of current games usually weren't born or were young kids when the first game came out. In short, if you're above teen/tween and under 30, chances you fall into that group.

Sonic X, an entire animated tv series. Sonic CD, a short animation. Of course his model is more simplified.

It will be nice though if there's a sonic game that play like the intro of Sonic CD.

he wasn't swimming he was just flailing his limbs in some what shallow water, i used to do the same thing as a kid. He moves fast enough to run across water kick his limbs to dog paddle. The only time he has ever swam to date i think was in sonic X, and that was in one episode

There's actually a movie in this "cartoon-style" featuring Metal Sonic as the primary villain (alongside Robotnik of course). I believe the movie is primarly based on/from Sonic CD (THE best sonic-game ever made, according to me).

There's nothing wrong with Sonic X though, but the thing that confuses me is, WHY is dr. Eggman and Dr. Robotnik different characters in Sonic X and are the same character (only having different names, depending on US/EUR or JP release) in the game-series...?
