yes it was a whicmann diesel number 28. 6000 hp i dont remember the number on the cat but it is the next size up from 3208 they called it 3408 B

do you like the 2 piece rod assembly. i find them ok. NEver store bearings on a steel shelf always lay them on plywood. i learned that the hard way
