well if you dont give critisism then players wont know what they did wrong and wont do much to improve there game. Dont tell me what i should and shouldnt say, i have played rugby for nearly 10 years and you need to be advised on how to play if you stand any chance of improving
i think he's realised he had bad hands in those last moments. it doesn't take a genius to realise that and no one needs to tell him apart from the coach. and even the coach won't say "u were shit." he'll give constructive criticism and tell him what he should have done. the point is u shouldn't knock your own team's player, it isn't very rugby...
