Always wondered why when i would see a new video at the top of the subscription box, then a couple days would pass, then the same video would be back on top of as if it had just been a new upload. You're bumping your vids by uploading a video then canceling it before it was finished causing your channel to show up at the top of subscriptions with the old video.
