@xXxNoXGirlyXGirlxXx You'll have to catch me in person where there aren't any wandering eyes to see the color combo. But, it's good practice to hear about color combos because it keeps the imagination going.
hey yea i get where ur comin from and if u just wanna where makeup for urself thats good for u but ur eyebrows are really distracting when watching your vids which r great and if u just get them thinned out just a little and wax then middlw of em that would really open up ur face and enhance ur natural beauty
LOL! I guess we all have a little something distracting about us. I'm working on bringing back the bushy eyebrow trend, since brows are almost nonexistent lately.
Good question. Thank you for asking. All of our beauty is saved for our husband. We are allowed to wear make-up in front of women and other family members. But, that really is in a place where there isn't the possibility of strange men seeing us. So, I only wear all of these goodies at home. I may start doing facecharts on my channel because it will be clearer to see the color combo and placement.
what do you mean "strange men" ? you have to meet a man before you get married . If i couldn't wear makeup outside i would not spend hundreds of dollars on high end makeup
Sorry about that. Usually, Muslims use the expression 'strange men' to mean any man that isn't what is called a 'mahram' in Arabic. A mahram is a woman's husband or male relative, excluding cousins. All of a woman's beauty is preserved for her husband. We can still dress conservatively and wear make-up in front of our other male relatives. But, we don't beautify ourselves when we go out in public in front of 'strange men' who aren't related to us in this manner.
I'm not Muslim, but I sort of understand how you feel. I spend a lot on makeup, even though I mostly end up wearing it around the house, because it makes me feel good about myself, and I love experimenting. And it's somehow more satisfying when my SO notices and comments on it, than when my girlfriends say something.
I admire you for sharing your passion for makeup, despite the restrictions of your religion/culture.
I truly appreciate your lovely comments and am thankful to meet people like yourself who look past the little things. Women should feel beautiful for themselves. I hope my channel inspires women to look beautiful for themselves.
@LV2EVOLVE I'm not muslim either but i appreciate modesty because just like the eyebrow thing you said above, its almost nonexistent. Although I don't see anything wrong with wearing makeup in public, sometimes i do enjoy wearing crazy makeup more at home than outside cuz when you are outside people judge you. So I enjoy your videos a lot and also the way you speak.
It's so cute! I like these smaller collections because it feels like you can't miss out on anything good. But, I'm dreading the February collection that's coming out. I can't budget that for sure.
can u pls. show videos of u actually wearing the eyeshadows

Thank you for asking. Please check out my quick intro video if you have some time and it will clarify why I don't do actual make-up tutorials.

does your husband mind that you make videos?
siierraXx 2 years ago
I'm not married. If I were and he did mind, I would try having a blog. I'd let all of you know about the blog though.

I'm confused.
So but it's ok for you to wear makeup so long as only your mate sees?
interesting..

It's a personal preference as to how we shop. I still enjoy my make-up and finish it regardless of wearing it exclusively inside of my home.
