Thank you for the heads up re:misleading title!
As for the 45 min YouTube video titled "Whats a Vitamin D Deficiency?", I too recommend it. I have watched it twice.

I think this video has the wrong title.
He doesn't mention vitamin d at all.
Those wanting to learn about the importance of Vitamin should use
grassrootshealth uctelevision
as the search terms. a series of 45minute talks from the leading Vit d scientists. That is the way to go to lower chronic disease incidence.
