@bennyfrosted - Labor Day weekend, I finally took it outside. I made my own 10ft. wide screen out of some backdrop material I had for an earlier event and some PVC.
It worked out VERY well. Going to make a bigger screen for next summer. I am so excited! :-)
@bennyfrosted - *hahahaha* Thanks! I'm pretty excited to use it. Well, I used it for a slideshow for my high school reunion this past weekend, but I am planning a backyard movie night in July and a UFC screening in August.
Thanks for the reply. I forgot to ask the first time - are you using external speakers? Judging by the sound quality, I would guess no. Do you know if these can be hooked up to external speakers or a surround sound system? Thanks.
You know what? I really don't remember if I used my soundbar, or the built-in speakers on the projector. But if I had to venture a guess, I would say that you're correct in saying that I didn't use an external sound device. I believe I unhooked my DVD player and set-it up on a table with the projector. I think you would have to go Audio Out from the source (DVD, Cable/SAT) to your external sound device. Hope that helps. :-)
Thanks for putting up the videos. Just wanted to know how it performs during scenes with a lot of activity - such as a lot of movement. Are there a lot of blocks/jaggies? I notice them from the videos but I was not sure if they were from the recording, video source, or the projector. Thanks.
@doogly - You're quite welcome. To answer your question: I haven't used the projector since I took this video. I got it basically for outdoor use, and the weather here where I am is just starting to get nice. But I can say that any blocks or jaggies that you see are likely because I recorded this on a Blackberry. But as I state in the video description, I was very impressed with the picture. Looking forward to when I really put the Epson to my intended use. I'll post more videos then. :-)

@doogly - Sorry, I have to correct myself. I DID use the soundbar. Once again...recording it on the BlackBerry, it really doesn't translate well.
