I started listening to bands like this when I was in my twenties. Other bands included Strangeways, FM (the UK one), Shadow king (with Lou Gramm), Harem Scarem, Hardline and Coney Hatch. Even though they were all relatively obscure, they were all fantastic. I'm so glad we have the internet today otherwise this stuff would mostly be lost.
I had the tapes way back, wish I still had them. I read somewhere these guys have all lost ouch with each other but in these electronic communication days they could probably try to find each other and give it another try, especially if they had a looked at how much their CD's are going for nowadays. Cheers
Does anyone know whatever became of Mark Holden, the sax player? What's he been doing for the last 18 years since Boulevard broke up? Is he currently playing with a band?
if you do find one (tape or CD), or any singles far from over, dream on, or never give up, call me, andrew, at 778-217-0444 PST. I'll give you my address, and send you cheque for good rice. Thanks
great debut from a promising band out of vancouver...also included "far from Over". Unfortunately the pressure to following up was not as sucessful. but got to love this band.

Wicked band. Own both CDs (yes, on CD). Totally underrated.

Dave Forbes is a great guy! He is my sister's brother-in-law. He's still cute and can sing very very well. He has like a bazillion grandchildren now!

I have both. The second one "Into the Streets" is better than the first which this song is on.

went to high school with the drummer, Randall Stoll. He was a big time RUSH fan and could play damn near everyone of RUSH's songs.
His brother was a helluva a bass player. they teamed up with a guy by the name of Rene and did a RUSH cover band in school. They were awesome!
Randall went on to play with KD Lang, Tom Cochrane and a host of other great players and bands.
