Karazhan was incredible, best raid of any xpac and Blizz will never top it. Spent a lot more hours in there than I should have but it was always fun.

Could someone tell me if there is a way to get here in a 3.3.5 server? Like, a worldport or something (I would doubt there'd be a recall port here)? Even if you just know the map ID, it wouldn't take me long to find the coordinates. If not, could someone tell me what version is the latest to find this in. This seems like a great spot to explore.

maybe that was why kara crypt wasnt put in, this wasnt put in either, think about it, the kara crypt's architecture looks nothing like the newer kara but more like the old one, maybe this kara wasnt put in because the crypt were cancelled and without one the other wouldnt work so they would have to redo kara entirely

@clayzee001 Karazhan crypt was never implemented in the game because it was where all the GM portals were.

@pimili222 Blizzard never really gave a reason why they never finished the Karazhan Crypts, fan speculation is that the heartbeat soundtrack and the Upside-Down Sinners room has a lot to do with it, though.

@MrFox1231 Yeah. I was kinda half-asleep when I typed that up, the implication was that the Upside-Down Sinners would have bumped it up just for the fact that it's easily the most unsettling thing in the game files at the moment.

People used to be able to get into alot of locked places, and still do, via polymorph/fear.

since you lose control of your character, you can bug and and not register boundries, so you're able to pass through locked areas.

He's "eternal" so he's still alive... No one knows where he is or what he's up to... At the end of "reign of chaos" he said he wanted to show the world that Azeroth doesn't need a guardian, only heroes like the ones who defeated the burning legion at that point. He could be watching over everyone right now, or he could be in some other plain of existence...

It was before the Burning Crusade (possibly patch 1.9), and it wasn't in any land at that time. We had to replace another wmo (an object on the world) with Karazhan, by editing the terrain. Then we went and recorded it.
