I have lived in Iowa (where the police are HORRID, st. louis (where they are bad but not as bad as Iowa) and now in NE. yes, my husband and i have gotten tickets, but we have also had some cops work with us, and we have had the cops come in but if you dont have anything to hide then why is it a big deal? maybe you should follow the law and things would be alot less stressfull.

Glad cops aren't like this in Morgantown I had a huge party in my apartment and they came because things got outta hand. They pulled me outside and talked to me then sent me in to get everyone under control. I think they cited one person for spitting on some1 from my deck. Another time someone dropped weed seeds in my apartment and they found them they just took them and jokingly said if some1 asks about them let them know we're holding the seeds for them and they can come down hahaha

I've had a cop go through my window (while in my car), grab my shirt and yank me yelling "SHOW ME SOME ID" because I wouldn't leave my high school's parking lot. I see nothing has changed in the ten years since I moved away. I've been in situations where cops were screaming at people and cuffing people simply for asking questions. And I never did understand the concept of grown adults being told who is allowed to spend the night in their home.

I've had a lot of oppertunity to do research on this as LPD has tried this tactic on me. These people had their 4th admendment rights taken away from them. I fought this in court and won. There were police outside so no one could have left, so if there was something they did that was so bad LPD's brute squad could have gotten a search and arrest warrent. But they didnt, probably because they didnt have probable cause. The LPD brutesquad made illegal arrests in this video.
