That should be Sgurr a' Mhaim on the left, Stob Ban on the Right, Mullach nan Coirean is out of shot far on the right. Nice hills though.
Crap film, but you were close with the location, hard to pick exactly which bits of open space they used, but there is one place they built a little pretend fort, and bridge across the river. That mound is really easy to see.

I believe most of "Braveheart" movie was mead in Ireland
IMDb website gives all the locations for the movie and most are in Ireland
