Keep training Bro. Your tech isn't too bad looks like your working on some old GDR glide tech. You need to get alot more dynamic in the ring, feel the rage in your gut -push, reach, lift and rotate into the throw.
Yea that's different. Wisconsin our lowest division usually 47' gets in. My senior year it took about 53' just to get to state via D1 (highest enrollment). Too bad it was a friggin torrential downpour when I threw. Took 3rd at 62'1''
small schools do not matter in shot . its a individual thing not like football. 40' would be a jv thrower here or maybe a good girl thrower
