For the heart its a font called Joyful Julliana or something like that. There might be other fonts but idk

And the petals you search it on photobucket 'Animated Flower Petals'

The ulead effect of sony vegas that I know makes the entire image blurry, not only the borders soft :/

... What version are you using? And are you adjusting any of the settings? I can post a tutorial for you if you want. I use Sony Vegas 8, but all other versions should have this... o.o;;

I actually use Sony Vegas PRO 8 Build c.

I don't know why... The border part is more like a border to the whole video and not to soft the borders of the image. :/

The nearest for ulead is Median > Any option > Adjust settings so it will get soft enough

But somehow the whole image gets blurry instead of softed. ._.

OH! LOL. Ulead does it automatically, but to do it in Vegas, just go to Video FX, and then Median. Just play around with the bars a little and figure out what works best. You can even save it as a preset. Also, wanna check out my channel? =D

sony vegas has a lot more capabilities than ulead, and ulead is very basic and unnecessarily difficult.

and you can get Sony Vegas for free anyways rolf. O__O
