tick throw.. The Blanka was beast though, and yet Dhalsim nearly got him.

I think it's a pity how a single cheap move often dictates the match for

another, more skilled player, just because they want a fun fight.

Yes, I said CHEAP. In the boxing ring it's a choice to not hit below the belt,

but without a referee you'd still ' win' if you did, if you consider that to be a victory.

I consider that to be a weakness.

there are people who can tech it but it is impossible online unless you are trying to mash out the throw or any other reversals

that will try various attack strings within his/her ability to achieve victory,

not spam one or two particular easily to execute moves/strings you

could just barely escape/overtake, just because they seem to do the trick

on most opponents.

tick throwing is when you throw out a quick move (usually a jab) and then immediately follow it up with a throw. It gives the opponent very little time to react, and executing either a reversal or a counter throw is the only way out. Both of which require split-second timing.

he can reverse, its just a really tight window. with online lag, its virtually impossible to reverse tick throws sometimes because by the time you've input the move the throw animation has started...you just haven't seen it yet. sucks.
