Bethany Payne also known as "foxy brown" was a former stripper and prostitue. She trained two weeks for this fight after being pulled of the street -- she was paid $6000 for this fight. I'm sure the guy who trained her, Mezaughn Kemp, got the majority of that payout.
Why does class matter? It's boxing, you're supposed to whip some ass, and you're supposed to be proud of it. Who cares if she mocked her a bit? I'm sure she was just pumped.. it's the same as amercian footballers after a kick ass tackle, or a soccer player after faking out a player, it's something to be proud about, and I'm sure Martin was proud of that.. At least she didn't confront her and laugh about it after the match.. as far as we know..

This was a mismatch. Christy Martin is a real boxer with skills. Bethany Payne looks very amateurish. No contest. Mia St. John fights very amateurish as well. I don't know how Christy Martin didn't rock her boat either.
