OMG, I was born and grew up Stateside, but I'm of Punjabi heritage and my mother's side of the family was still in Pakistan, so we'd go back every few years. I remember going back in December 1985 and my cousins introduced me to Young Tarang with great glee. This was my favourite song off the album back then, and it is to this day. The mixture of desire and melancholy makes it so haunting. Thank you for uploading it! xx
