What this guy has done is definitely interesting, but not world changing. It is impossible to GAIN energy from electrolysis of water. If you check it out you will find that the laws of thermodynamics dictate that you will ALWAYS use more energy splitting the water into hydrogen and oxygen, or "HHO" as this guy calls it, than you will gain from burning it back into water again. Sorry folks, but there is no easy way out of the energy crisis.
It was actually created in 2004. I was living in Clearwater Florida at the time and was able to see a demonstration first hand. I heard that he sold out. I'm not sure if that's true or not but seeing how I've still yet to see any cars being manufactured with his technology then that's probably what happened. omg omg ITS pure! Yay lets all go green and live in mud huts. Then mother earth will royally fuck us up the ass.
This is scam my friend. I do believe in alternative energies. But we can't be content with Obama. He wrote off 3 million dollars to a big farmer in Iowa to research what made pig manure smell bad. because he simply thought his farm was a little too stinky
and yeah, if what they said was true then it is pure. and i don't give a FUCK about earth, but it is pure. as in you don't get sick as shit when welding with it, amongst other shit. so chill out and relax, and stop being such a douche bag
There is nothing new here... This is a case of smoke and mirrors. His welder uses more electricity than standard welding equipment using noble gases and his "dual fuel" engine will not run on water alone. Turn off the gas - the engine does not operate. This is a simple matter of physics - you do not get more out than you put in and stripping H from H2O requires excess energy. This energy is lost to operating the engine since it is being used for electrolysis. Sorry folks - this is a scam.
As long as you continue to be bound by the laws and barriers of common physics you will never be able to partake in the beauties of life that live beyond them.
The *ENTIRE UNIVERSE* and EVERYTHING in it is bound to the laws of physics. Only an ignorant fool thinks that he can will reality to anything other than what it is.
@geezahh Except that that belief wasn't based on an anything but opinion. Basic energy physics, on the contrary, is pretty well founded. Evidenced, in this particular case, by the fact that nothing has happened; if it were true, forget cars, he could just set up a power plant and sell the electricity. Didn't happen. It's fake.
When you burn wood, you get charcoal. When you burn hydrogen in oxygen, you get water. Water is the waste, not the fuel.
Unlike charcoal, water can be split apart into oxygen and hydrogen and used again and again. This takes energy, though. Exactly the same amount of energy released by burning.
Exactly the same energy is very far from the truth because even without doing all stupid calculations you can say that the electricity from your car battery (which is enough for electrolysis and the production of brown's gas) is far less than the energy needed for melting steel and fireproofed bricks and even vaporizing tungsten(more than 3000 C'). You don't need private power plant for producing HHO gas because if so this man won't be fooling around with this torch and pay mils for el. bils.
Actually, you're right. Some energy is lost in the conversion to hydrogen and oxygen. So you end up with LESS energy than you started with.
The fact that you can melt metal just means that the energy is released quicker than it is stored. You can accomplish the same thing by shorting a car battery. It doesn't mean you created energy, just because it is hotter for a shorter time.
Still, an idea with the car part, is that if we find alternative ways of getting the energy we need such as solar, wind, geothermal, nuclear, and other ways we would no longer put so much carbon into the atmosphere.
this is only the most inefficient *energy conversion system* (if it can be really work) that can be thought. Energy cannot be created, but only converted from one form to another one, with losses (heat due to friction, etc) in every conversion. Why this people does not show any numeric balance for the various input/ output energy streams?
For the non believers, do a search for Stan Myer and watch how he breaks "the laws of the universe" to split water with almost no electricity - a process now verified by multiple researchers across the globe. Wake up- your "Laws" are theories and nothing more.
He has a chance as long as it also runs on gasoline. The government will shut anyone down that tries to mass produce a vehichle that runs on a fuel that they don't control. That is why we only have hybrids and not a 100% electric or water ran car.
Bellyoffire, that's pretty dumb of you. Have you ever heard of a Tesla Roadster? it's $98,000 , but you can go buy one right now, it runs on electricity alone, 3.9 secound quarter miles, 130mph top speed, 220 miles per charge, and it costs about 4-5 dollars (on adverage) to charge it. They've been around for a couple years, they just opened up a new plant in new mexico. In 2009 they are releasing their sedan, that gets the same 220 miles per charge, and onlys costs $45,000. Don't be dumb.
zothian - the best ideas get shut down every day. maybe not by the government, but by mega corporations (who in turn, but the congress). many parts of the world have had hydrogen cars for 25+ years. go see the documentary "who killed the electric car", about how GM killed their own SV1, one of the most efficient cars ever. In KC where I grew up, we had a highly efficient light rail system, which Philips66 bought (with a government grant) & promptly shut it down. Criminal.
This works but this guy Klein didn't invent anything he ripped it all off from Yul Brown, a Bulgarian Australian, & his patented Brown's Gas (Google it), there was even an Australian listed company in the 80s, BEST, that manufactured & sold a welding machine. He ended up in the US after the CIA got to him. The "over unity" energy for the engine comes from atmospheric pressure!
Hey, guys, the claim that water can be burned is RIDICULOUS. You have to feed energy into the system to strip the hydrogen out of H2O, and then you can burn that hydrogen and recover the water...which gets you right back where you started, with no energy gain. There is no free lunch. It would be really great, but that's just not the way it works.
Someone who wants to lower the rate of dissemination. Unfortunately, this guy, as the end of the piece mentions, is "working with the government to produce a Hummer that will run on water."
So, just like Stan Meyers, if something "happens" to him, the government will swoop in and take all his work.
the energy used in electrolysis, if it was 100% efficient, which it isn't, is exactly the same as the energy that would be produced burning the two (if that was a 100% efficient). Like all free energy schemes, it's big on hype and little on CONFORMING TO THE KNOWN LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE. The welder however is potentially sound realizing that it's plugged into the wall. Read the first page of any introduction to thermodynamics.
Old news, we have welders like this for years in New Zealand, and a Mazda Rotary running on this, bought out by Mazda suppressed patent, oil companys will kill it !! trust me! like age verification lol.
The reason this video was flagged by satanic lucifer lapdogs is they hate Truth
The Iraq war is a religious war,Islam is to be destroyed and christians are next, water cars are in production in Japan and Germany but the price is kept high untill the global NWO is in place and the Antichrist fools the ignorant masses with "gifts"
too good to be true, pretty amazing if it is, i love this man whoever invented that, but might be another hoax from the usa, just liek the moon landing haha
"The author and his technicians are available for the construction of coal fueled pilot electric plants operating...under the condition that the coal industry pays for ALL costs...coal executives are warned not to request ANY additional evidence at our cost, since such a request will cause the truncation of contacts in a form preventing possible resurgences".out of words
hho is not the same as water because the disposal is diferent, but hho also doesn´t exists... so hho is the same as h2o, at least while someone can prove im wrong and shows me that hho gas
By HHO they are saying that they have seperated the water into the hydrogen and oxygen elements. This is simple chemistry. Water = 2 elements of Hydrogen and 1 element of Oxygen. Both elements are combustible! They really shouldn't call it HHO gas. Your right that this doesn't make since.
So instead of running my car on fossil fuels, I will convert H20 to HH0 using fossil fuels. Hmmm seems like I would be better off just skipping a step.
i am surprised that this guy is still alive and has not suffered an "accident" somehow. The government are more worried about their money than the planet.
It's been a long time coming, so pass this on to EVERYONE you know, it's our best hope, and possibly our only hope, to keep it from being buried by the cartels.
I would be in fear of my life if I made the decision to actually share this technology with the world. We went into Iraq for oil among other things suggesting that there is no length to which the power brokers in government and private industry will go to protect their profits. The safest course of action is to get the technology out there as quickly as possible before the HHO flame is suddenly snuffed out.
If he was truly responsible, this would be open source technology and NOT be patented. Look to the excellent example provided by one of America's greatest scientists - George Washington Carver.
it would of course require electricity to create this fuel so it is a transporter of energy not a source, but at least it gives us an option to free ourselves from fossil fuels. the gas could be produced locally and individually from a variety of sources. sounds great to me.
There is no way that the oil companies will let him do this. The power they hold is astronomical. UNLESS like many said, they buy him out and actually do something good for the world for once! haha
He uses energy to break water apart to hydrogen and oxygen and then gets energy out of it by burning them. Whoope-dee-fucking-doo - you only get as much energy out of it as you put in in the form of electricity.
whodeedoo. Dynamite converts energy fromone form to another. Wow. A steam engine makes a train go forward, but the energy was already in the coal. SOMEONE had to dig it up . Someone had to refine it! It takes energy to ... yeah yeah yea. Your comments are ignorant. It is about converting one form of energy to a more useable form.
It can be used for welding, I can give you that, but it has been done for ages the way he is doing it.
And the hype about a car running with water? The car runs with electricity, using the electricity to break the water apart and then burning the hydrogen and oxygen to create energy. So what is the problem then? The problem is that this is horribly inefficient and you could use the electricity much more efficiently if you simply used it to run an electric motor that powered the car.
yeah right... basic law of physics, you cannot create or destroy energy... In other words the energy has to come from somewhere, and in this case it's the electricity.
The hydrogen is the carrier of the energy not the source, the source is the fuel that created the electricity.
What? could it be? Fox news feeding us BS??? nothing new there.
"New name, but it's just "Brown's Gas" http://www.phact.org/e/bgas.htm . It's been scamming people since the '80s. [...] It's produced by the electrolysis of water. Gas is collected from both electrodes, giving you a stoichiometric mixture, 2H2+O2. If ignited, it's completely converted back to water. It still takes more energy to produce than you get back."
Yes it is just Brown's gas under a new name. However George Wiseman produces it with capacitance transformer saving 1/2 cost of electricity. www.eagle-research.com
George has been producing commercial water torches, etc. for years.
I have use his carb enhancer on 5 different vehicles with 30% increase in hwy mileage.
He needs to take out some serious life insurance so his family will be well taken care of if this thing really works. Because the government certainly won't let him market it.
INDEED! Just like the mysterious death of this guy 10+ years ago who powered his dunebuggy w/ water: http://www.youtube.com/confirm_email?cid=A164F080ED9336DB&next=
Don't people need water for drinking? Here's hoping they find a way to do this with salt water, or recycled toilet water, or maybe collect the water that runs off from using this invention.
I don't want to sound like a downer though, this looks absolutely fantastic.

The "Brown gas" has been discovered by Yull Brown( an Australian scientist origin from Bulgaria with previous name "Ilia Bulkov")
manandy007 3 years ago
When you burn wood, you get charcoal. When you burn hydrogen in oxygen, you get water. Water is the waste, not the fuel.
Unlike charcoal, water can be split apart into oxygen and hydrogen and used again and again. This takes energy, though. Exactly the same amount of energy released by burning.
bdusel 3 years ago
Exactly the same energy is very far from the truth because even without doing all stupid calculations you can say that the electricity from your car battery (which is enough for electrolysis and the production of brown's gas) is far less than the energy needed for melting steel and fireproofed bricks and even vaporizing tungsten(more than 3000 C'). You don't need private power plant for producing HHO gas because if so this man won't be fooling around with this torch and pay mils for el. bils.
Milen4u 3 years ago
Actually, you're right. Some energy is lost in the conversion to hydrogen and oxygen. So you end up with LESS energy than you started with.
The fact that you can melt metal just means that the energy is released quicker than it is stored. You can accomplish the same thing by shorting a car battery. It doesn't mean you created energy, just because it is hotter for a shorter time.
bdusel 3 years ago
Still, an idea with the car part, is that if we find alternative ways of getting the energy we need such as solar, wind, geothermal, nuclear, and other ways we would no longer put so much carbon into the atmosphere.
tenchi532 3 years ago
this is only the most inefficient *energy conversion system* (if it can be really work) that can be thought. Energy cannot be created, but only converted from one form to another one, with losses (heat due to friction, etc) in every conversion. Why this people does not show any numeric balance for the various input/ output energy streams?
themeglioplayer 3 years ago
For the non believers, do a search for Stan Myer and watch how he breaks "the laws of the universe" to split water with almost no electricity - a process now verified by multiple researchers across the globe. Wake up- your "Laws" are theories and nothing more.

He has a chance as long as it also runs on gasoline. The government will shut anyone down that tries to mass produce a vehichle that runs on a fuel that they don't control. That is why we only have hybrids and not a 100% electric or water ran car.
bellyoffire 4 years ago
Bellyoffire, that's pretty dumb of you. Have you ever heard of a Tesla Roadster? it's $98,000 , but you can go buy one right now, it runs on electricity alone, 3.9 secound quarter miles, 130mph top speed, 220 miles per charge, and it costs about 4-5 dollars (on adverage) to charge it. They've been around for a couple years, they just opened up a new plant in new mexico. In 2009 they are releasing their sedan, that gets the same 220 miles per charge, and onlys costs $45,000. Don't be dumb.
zothian 3 years ago 2
zothian - the best ideas get shut down every day. maybe not by the government, but by mega corporations (who in turn, but the congress). many parts of the world have had hydrogen cars for 25+ years. go see the documentary "who killed the electric car", about how GM killed their own SV1, one of the most efficient cars ever. In KC where I grew up, we had a highly efficient light rail system, which Philips66 bought (with a government grant) & promptly shut it down. Criminal.

Interesting that everytime I put up a post here regarding the truth about Yul Brown & Brown's Gas (stochiometric hydrogen), it disappears!
cruisingpablo 4 years ago
stochiometric hydrogen (brown's gas); gas generator; welder; engine - all patents registered back in the 80's good luck to the shyster Klein!
cruisingpablo 4 years ago
This works but this guy Klein didn't invent anything he ripped it all off from Yul Brown, a Bulgarian Australian, & his patented Brown's Gas (Google it), there was even an Australian listed company in the 80s, BEST, that manufactured & sold a welding machine. He ended up in the US after the CIA got to him. The "over unity" energy for the engine comes from atmospheric pressure!
cruisingpablo 4 years ago 2
Hey, guys, the claim that water can be burned is RIDICULOUS. You have to feed energy into the system to strip the hydrogen out of H2O, and then you can burn that hydrogen and recover the water...which gets you right back where you started, with no energy gain. There is no free lunch. It would be really great, but that's just not the way it works.

Someone who wants to lower the rate of dissemination. Unfortunately, this guy, as the end of the piece mentions, is "working with the government to produce a Hummer that will run on water."
So, just like Stan Meyers, if something "happens" to him, the government will swoop in and take all his work.
kelperrs9 4 years ago
the energy used in electrolysis, if it was 100% efficient, which it isn't, is exactly the same as the energy that would be produced burning the two (if that was a 100% efficient). Like all free energy schemes, it's big on hype and little on CONFORMING TO THE KNOWN LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE. The welder however is potentially sound realizing that it's plugged into the wall. Read the first page of any introduction to thermodynamics.

jonysuave 4 years ago
By HHO they are saying that they have seperated the water into the hydrogen and oxygen elements. This is simple chemistry. Water = 2 elements of Hydrogen and 1 element of Oxygen. Both elements are combustible! They really shouldn't call it HHO gas. Your right that this doesn't make since.

He uses energy to break water apart to hydrogen and oxygen and then gets energy out of it by burning them. Whoope-dee-fucking-doo - you only get as much energy out of it as you put in in the form of electricity.
themikko 5 years ago
whodeedoo. Dynamite converts energy fromone form to another. Wow. A steam engine makes a train go forward, but the energy was already in the coal. SOMEONE had to dig it up . Someone had to refine it! It takes energy to ... yeah yeah yea. Your comments are ignorant. It is about converting one form of energy to a more useable form.
disagree? Try this. never cook nor eat again.
localyocal123 5 years ago
It can be used for welding, I can give you that, but it has been done for ages the way he is doing it.
And the hype about a car running with water? The car runs with electricity, using the electricity to break the water apart and then burning the hydrogen and oxygen to create energy. So what is the problem then? The problem is that this is horribly inefficient and you could use the electricity much more efficiently if you simply used it to run an electric motor that powered the car.

yeah right... basic law of physics, you cannot create or destroy energy... In other words the energy has to come from somewhere, and in this case it's the electricity.

Gas is collected from both electrodes, giving you a stoichiometric mixture, 2H2+O2. If ignited, it's completely converted back to water. It still takes more energy to produce than you get back."
