Oh how I love this song. There is so much deep feelings and emotions in this song touching on real life issues. You know it is funny how when I was a young teen listening to this song, I didnt understand the signifigance of this song. I really thought he was asking her who was going to drive her home tonight. lol Oh that innocent mind that we all had in our youth but now we can see the bigger picture when it comes to the messages put forth in these songs. The Cars are awesome 80's icons! :-)

@ChannelBarlf Ric Ocasek is the true genius. Orr is just a vocalist. Ric wrote the majority of their music including this one. Ric's voice was what defined The Cars.
