@phillyhanna Try rebooting the iPhone and turn on VPN again. If that doesn't work. Restore the iPhone in iTunes and try again.

@searcher5123 Nope, it just replaces some files on the iPad. None of your data will be lost. It is advised, however, to perform a backup in iTunes before you jailbreak should something go wrong.
